High Hopes!!
I love the idea that I can set my own time reminder to both check the quote (which I set for a little after I wake up) and log my mood/journal (which I set for about an hour before I go to bed.)
It has REAL people’s stories and how they’ve achieved more in their lives by getting the help that they needed and how drastically it can change how you live your life every day. So far, I love this app and I’ll be using it for as long as I can see in the future!

An easy way to check in with yourself🌱
I like the function of this app, and I think it can serve a lot of purpose for a lot of people. It’s difficult to remember to acknowledge your feelings outside of your own mind. I think this app is an effective way to check in with yourself every day. This app seems like a great stepping stone on the path to better mental health.

A great app!
This is a great app! I found this app through Propeller and it’s something I’ll definitely keep for myself. The journaling of emotions and mood daily is something that I think everyone can use sometimes to try and completely understand how they’re feeling. This is an app I’m going to share with my mom who has anxiety, I feel it’s very helpful and gives you a place to vent and self-reflect on one’s self. Love it!

what an awesome app with so many cool features!!
I found this app through Propeller and I find this app to actually be something so useful and just like what I’ve been personally looking for! I love all of the different features on this app and think that this is a great thing to use to journal and track your mood and understand your thoughts and emotions. I am excited to use this app more and I definitely recommend to those who like writing things out and understanding feelings through words and guides!! This app has really helped me paint a picture of my moods and tracking them to better understand myself.

My Experience
As a person diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder it is important to me that I track my moods and feelings throughout the weeks and months. This app is easy to navigate and gives helpful insights to any problems I may be facing. I feel encouraged to track my moods with out being overwhelmed. All the articles and blogs featured on this app are encouraging and motivational. I definitely recommend this self-help app!!

Wonderful App
I was a little skeptical at first to download this app. But then after downloading and I realize what a helpful and useful app it is I will it’s features it’s easy to navigate it tutorials. I feel it’s a very beneficial app with its features and making you feel good by reading daily affirmations. My favorite feature is using the moods sometimes you don’t realize that you’re not in the best state of mind I feel that everybody should utilize this at least one or two minutes a day. Again I give it a very high recommendation on my part.

Simple yet effective app !
Great app
This is such a great app for journaling. I have struggled with mental health for a little bit now and one thing that really helps me is jotting down my emotions on paper. (Whether that’s digitally or in hard print) The app is interactive and super user friendly. I also like how it has quotes to keep you pushing. Sometimes we all need a little boost to remind us that out struggles no matter how big or small are valid. Will definitely be using this often!

Amazing!
First off this is one of my favorite organizations as I struggle with mental illness. And this app is incredible! They have journal entries and you can check in with your mood. Not only that they have ways that you can contribute on the app. I first found out about this organization in my therapists office because she has a big poster in her room so that’s how you know it’s a good one lol!
