  • Awesome Game

I’ve been playing this genre of games for a while and I have to say The Room Two is by far one of the best ones I’ve tried. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible to figure out and they have a nice logic sequence to them. If you are stuck there are hints you can use. The hints is another mechanic I liked. Whereas most games will tell you what to do or where to go by using hints, TRT gives you levels of hints starting from a general hint to specific ones.

One more thing! I loved the graphics and movement mechanics. It felt very real as if I was truly interacting with the items in game.

Great work folks! Looking forward to check more of your games!

  • Like living inside a puzzle box

This game was so good I went to the developers page on the App Store and bought the sequel, Room Three! Lots of difficult puzzles in a beautiful world. Creepy storyline, some spooky moments where you are so immersed they really make you feel something!

I had to use hints a few times because I didn’t know certain things could move, but I’m glad I did because it helped me enjoy the game with less frustration, and the clues don’t give everything away.

Some of the zoom in and out was frustrating as I was clicking elsewhere and the zoom would go to the wrong spot. And I felt the zoom in vs double tap was a bit inconsistent. But that’s just me.

    Loved the game, recommend it!

  • I’m actually saddened I finished

I love it soo much that yes it made me sad. It has great graphics a good storyline good challenges and the hints are also so good and they don’t give you the answer directly
  • EXTREMELY Demonic.

I really wish I could say I enjoyed this game but honestly.. I find myself dissatisfied and regretting the time spent. The entire play-through took about 2 hours in one sitting (I don’t claim to be the sharpest tool in the shed, I definitely took advantage of those hints) The amount of demonic influence was extremely clear though with all of the symbols and grotesque imagery hiding in every dark corner, as well the “Seance” sequence that included tarot cards and ghosts, which left me feeling disturbed. I know some people go looking for that feeling, and if that’s you, you really might enjoy this game, but personally, for such a fluid escape room style game with such easily accessible hints, and otherwise well done game construction, I was disappointed that the experience defaulted to being frightening and unsettling. This really could have gone so many other directions and been even more interesting, without leaving the player feeling as though they’ve sold a bit of their soul. Please, Developers, do better.

  • Great puzzles. Confusing Story

I really wanted to give this 3.5 as I truly did enjoy it but it’s not without it’s flaws.
Too dark (had to have ipad brightness up full to see what was going on).
Story, if there is one, is too confusing. I never really understood what I was doing.
Lots of zooming in and spinning the room round, which didn’t always work as intended or give you a free flowing feel. A few times you couldn’t really see what you were supposed to be looking at as you couldn’t turn fully toward it.
There were a lot of letters to read, they didn’t have purpose and were just very random ramblings.
Ultimately I didn’t know who I was or why I was doing it but it worked because it was so linear.
Glad it was part of apple arcade, I wouldn’t have paid for this.

  • Great game, odd glitch

All The Room games are absolutely top teir. But be aware with the arcade version of The Room Two there is a weird glitch that will crash the game on first play through when you get to the ship room (second level). It does not save your progress and will crash quicker and quicker each time you relaunch until you delete and redownload. This happened to my friend when she played on her ipad too. The redownload seems to fix the problem for me, but was definitely frustrating when it happened. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend all the Room games.

  • Beautiful

A game with beautiful graphics. Enough challenge to keep you engaged as you complete each chapter.
  • Fantastic but difficult

This is a lovely game. Enjoyed all the others also. The graphics are great, the aesthetics really cool and a decent storyline behind it. It is a difficult game, however, not impossible, albeit it may look like it at times! The clues do help, although sometimes they are mistifying but do always point in the right direction. Guaranteed sufficient hours of fun to engage your brain rather than just mindless clicking/swiping/etc., you certainly need to be paying attention to it, not one you can play while you watch to lol

  • I have no words

I honestly have no words to describe how great this game is! I love how each level gets progressively harder and you and ways have this eerie feeling that someone is watching you. Although it was difficult I was able to manage and beat the game. I totally recommend playing this game if you are a type of person who likes puzzle games. I’m so surprised on the graphic designs of this game. Everything looks so realistic as if you were inside of the game. Like I said before, I totally recommend playing this game it’s really fun and spooky!

  • 10/10 brain teasing game!

I truly enjoyed playing this game. I finished in 2 days maybe 4-5 hours total but would play more games like this! I think it was one of my favorite games. Definitely a fun escape like game. The puzzles were fun they weren’t too easy. I had to use hints more than once but it didn’t ruin the experience by giving too much away. I didn’t really get the notes and wish it tied more into the gameplay but I’m sure there’s a way it tied into the story. You can tell a lot of hard work and heart went into making this game. I will definitely be looking for more like it.
