What’s not to like!!
Loved part one so much I got all four .. quite frankly keep these games coming, absolutely enjoying the game play and storylines.Phoenixfirewalker
A “must play” game unlike any other!
I have played quite a few escape room type of games, and was usually woefully disappointed. They would be too hard, or too easy, to complete and enjoy, or have a lame plot behind it. This, however, easily blows them all out of the water, in the very best way. With a fascinating story, and amazingly beautiful designs, this is the perfect amount of challenging to keep you engaged and on the edge of your seat. I was hooked immediately and now I am purchasing and downloading all of the other games this developer produces. Honestly, I’m not one to drop money on games…like, at all….but for this game, I will happily make an exception! Trust me, if you like escape room type games, you absolutely have to try this one! I love all of The Room games!
I just played The Room 2 again for the second time after a few years and it was just as fun and mysterious as the first time (I’d forgotten all the puzzles so it was like playing it for the first time again). And these puzzles are amazingly cool. They are definitely worth paying for, even for a single play through, because you won’t actually play them once. You’ll be back!😉
For those who are wondering, these games are definitely spooky and set the scene well for a dark academia mystery, but they are not scary. I remember the first time I played through the first one, when things got spooky I was nervously waiting to get an unwanted jump scare or something gory, but don’t worry none of that here.Show lesslacey kelley

EDGE OF YOUR SEAT GAMEPLAY
I was a little skeptical about this game when I installed it. Only because others like this in the App Store are very basic. As soon as the first chapter started I knew I was in for a different kind of ride. The graphics are great and then you start playing.. this game really makes you think while keeping you on your toes. It’s not too hard to where you’re getting frustrated but not too easy where it gets boring. If you chose to play with the hints they’re not obvious, they still make you think about what you need to do or what needs to be done. Simply the best PERIOD!
No really, I’ve played so many puzzle games I’m running out of new ones to try in the App Store. Im just now trying Apple Arcade & I’m telling you this one is simply the best out there. The graphics, the sound effects…it’s perfect. The best level by far was the Séance level. Just the right amount of spooky. The hints were perfect throughout. The puzzles were well thought out and not frustrating. I wasn’t spending the entire time clicking around trying to find inventory. I can’t brag enough on these developers and what they’ve created here. 😲 Wait… I’m just realizing that this is probably the developers who made The Room Dark Matter on VR! It was my first Oculus purchase. If so it’s still my favorite oculus purchase. Anyway…I can’t wait for more! Y’all are killing it!Show lessCreatingwithkristin
So addictive
Wow a fantastic game, just have to keep playing until the end it so addictive, clever and constantly challenging. Love to play the whole series but only room 2 included in arcade subscription.Duncandognuts
A must play puzzle game
I highly recommend this to people who like point-and-click puzzle games. While the market for these games has been oversaturated over time there are still some true gems like the room. 3D point-and-click puzzles are the best of the bunch, utilizing the ability to rotate objects in 3D space makes for very unique puzzle mechanics. As for the challenge I’d give it a 5/10. The puzzles are easy enough to prevent you from getting frustrated, but are challenging enough to make you feel rewarded. The hint system is also well done. They are more subtle. They start out by pointing you in the right direction, and if you’re still having trouble the hints get less subtle.
The only problem I have is that the story was a pretty hard to follow. Even that said the gameplay alone deserves 5 stars.Show lessIguanathom
Best and most intriguing game
I absolutely loved everything about it. I played it for hours until I beat it. It was interesting and drew you in. You could never guess what was going to happen next and it just gets better each level. Even when you struggled it gave you clues, if need be, but they weren’t too telling. The only thing is it was wayyy too short. I really hope they do more games like this or add more levels because I’m obsessed! So sad it’s over but will definitely play again!!Show lessTSchiap
AMAZING ESCAPE-ROOM STYLE GAME
This is truly a beautiful, escape-room themed game that gets harder as it goes. There were only a small handful of times I had to use a hint to understand where to go or what to do next, but honestly that was mostly just me missing things haha. It was not too hard, not too easy, just right! Will definitely be recommending to my friends as well as playing again. The only thing I can really say though is that I wish that the storyline was just a little easier to grasp, follow, and just overall understand. I got the gist of it enough to more than enjoy this beautiful story, but i just found it hard to connect some of the dots and lines in the plot, and it would have been cool to be able to understand every note and how it and the characters writing them fit into the overall plot and its importance. I, however, plan to play again and again like re-reading a good book to see how many new parts of the story i can uncover that i missed the first time! This was truly a masterpiece, and I can say that I genuinely enjoyed my time invested spent playing it! Definitely a must download for any puzzle lover, but honestly this game is just perfect for ipad players!!Show lesstopreviewer86
