More functionality required
Nearly every other app in the world has notifications. This app should also provide notifications. Especially for tenants and owners.
Payment settings
I am having trouble with the property me app.
First, it does not accept credit card or other debit card or other way of paying the rent. I wanted to use my EML card from my salary sacrifice too but to no avail because this app only accepts BSB and bank account number.
With new trends now of how to pay online, this is just unacceptable.
Also, there is NO option to cancel a payment made. For instance, I made a mistake putting a wrong BSB or account number. The app ONLY option is to wait until it is declined.
However, that process has been 3 days. Then I have to wait another 2 days minimum to verify the correct information AGAIN!
It’s just too much of WAITING!

Payment settings
I wish there is another way of paying the rent than asking for BSB and account number. My agent used to directly debit it with any of my card including credit card and EML card (salary sacrifice). But since they switched to property me app, bank details is the ONLY option! Which is very annoying as I’m paying all my bills from my EML.

Terrible
The info on the website is unclear in various sections. Some obvious search topics are not even listed ie two-factor authentication. There seems no option to schedule payments in advance. I have read replies to other people’s reviews and the replies were unhelpful and not addressing obvious app problems.

Love the new combined app!
I’m a tenant and an owner so am loving the new combined app, it’s so much easier to switch between properties. I can easily jump in as an owner and monitor my investment property but then switch to logging a maintenance request as a tenant in the property I am renting.
Terrible, bugging and can’t log in
Would rate 0 if possible. I can’t enter the app. I login and receive an email of a new login detected, however the app literally never leaves the login page? So frustrating and can’t believe a bug like this exists.
Wouldn’t recommend
Real estate property managers insist that tenants use this system or no alternative. Have never been late with my fortnightly payments in nearly 5 years. This app just disabled my payment system & emails me to inform me (luckily), trying to get tech or customer support is by chat bot only or email. Hopeless. Realestate managers rely on automated systems & have become lazy & greedy.

No Notifications
Any standard App should have the ability to notify events. This app has no notification a ability.
If a rent is due, i should be notified on the day its due vis the app.
Also no venue to leave feedback of the usability vis the app.

Backwards Step?
The old app allowed me to collate rentals inside one account number or head property. Now the new app only lets me see each individual unit and not the overall property picture.
Payments
Would be better if you actually took the money straight away when we make payments. I miss when my rent would get to the real estate the moment I paid it instead of a week later 😑
