If I were you I would purposefully steal and break all of these scooters. The company is a scam and they will rob you.
SCAM
Do not use this company. I went on a scooter that did not work and it charged my card. The “support” in app just buffers and there is no contact point.
Fly doesn’t Fly
The scooter wouldn’t work and the app wouldn’t let us report a problem. They said we were in a restricted zone for leaving it some we pushed it blocks before they released us and still charged us!

The deets:
First the good. The scooters are very nice. They have a drink cup holder and phone holder. Super convenient!
Now the bad. The scooter died in the middle of what Fly considers a "restricted zone." I get it, but there needs to be at workaround here. I had to push the scooter for five minutes to get it out of this restricted area. The clock kept ticking because the app had no idea the battery was dead. That's just unacceptable in 2023.
Here's the ugly. When I went to get this sorted out with customer service, the customer service page in the app was a just blank page with a spinning "loading" icon. Literally waited for at least a few minutes multiple times for this to load, but it never did. So, I guess there is NO actual customer service. My money is gone. And, now, so is this app. Useless.
Recommendation:
Stick with Bird. Their scooters aren't nearly as nice, but at least they won't rip you off and they have an actual customer service team.

Worst Product Ever
One of the worst products to ever exist
Can’t delete payment method
There is no way to delete a payment method and the help from motion doesn’t work. Only option is to delete account. Otherwise app seems to work ok but I usually have to scan the scooter twice because the first time doesn’t work.
Scam
Do not download this app. Was in old town (Scottsdale, AZ) and my friends heels were hurting her. We found this scooter and I downloaded the app and everything but the app wouldn’t connect with the scooter. It charged my account 3 times even though it didn’t work. I’ve been trying to click support on the app to get a refund but it does nothing but buffers. You can’t even find a website for this weird company.

Faulty app caused long, expensive “end ride” process
I tried one of these today for a quick trip around Phoenix, AZ. It’s a fun vehicle, but the app would not let me end the ride. When I clicked on the FAQ link, it did not load. It didn’t load the Report Error link either. I texted the customer support number on the bike and received no reply after 15min. It’s still charging me.

Buggy!!!!
I was counting on taking a scooter to my yoga class this morning but the app would not let me top up my wallet. It kept saying the max top up amount was $0
DO NOT USE FLY - SCAM!
The scooter I used didn’t allow me to park , pause or end my ride anywhere. No where to cancel anywhere in app, no way to get support from app or help, there social media pages are fake
