Buyer beware of poor advertising

& if you’re like me & noticed this after the fact you placed an order, it is almost impossible to get a refund. Even if the order was placed less than 10 minutes of you trying to cancel because the shipping process already “begun”.AlyssaP1211

Pretty messed up how they advertise their program. It takes you to the website and asks a couple of questions to “create” a personalized box for your child and it does not give you further information on how the subscription works. It takes you to your total of about $10 but they leave out the fact that this does not cover the books only the shipping. You pay for the books you end up keeping and send back the rest. I caught it after a few minutes of placing the order and reached out to customer service to cancel and make sure they didn’t ship out the box i LITERALLY just ordered and they will not refund or stop the order from shipping and I’ll have to send back the books once received. A complete joke. I’m waiting to hear back from their customer service as i am ready to dispute the charge.
Update: someone on their customer service end reached out and offered me a refund at the end for the issue. While i appreciate them helping resolve this issue. They should definitely consider fixing their advertising and providing customers with less misleading information.Show lessJulesocon
BEWARE OF MISLEADING PRICE
$10/ month does NOT cover the books inside. It only covers the curation and the shipping. You then pay for the books that you keep, and they are not cheap. Very disappointed in the misleading and shady marketing of a product for children and babies.REJ598
