Entertaining… Needs Work
Love the game, super fun, I’ve spent hours on it. But there’s some glitches that need work. The game has firstly, stopped giving me the video revive option. And am now finding myself unable to continue playing at stage 3-12, third set of towers. Even purchased some dragon summons to maybe try to help but the screen just dims, and the only options I have are to reset, go to main menu, or buy coins… Would be nice if I could continue game progress.Show lessCCReef
Started good but now deleted
As far as a freemium/ad supported game goes, this it's definitely on the better side. You only have to watch ads to get premium power ups/items. That's about all the good I can say of this because my progress has stalled out at level 2-11. You can in no way win because your numbers will never be greater than the enemies. Sure you may get lucky leveling up or abilities to attack the room, but the fact that you can't win without that is atrocious. Oh yeah and you can only revive by watching an ad twice. Why do you design a game like that? I've been stuck here for weeks and this is no longer wasting space on my iPhone. I'll find something else to occupy my time sorry.Show lessjoelsephed
The game is good, but the levels can be unsolvable
The game is just like what you expect for: kill enemies whose health is less than or equal to yours in a spire. Besides, there are skills (some are exclusive to certain weapons) and items which help you to kill enemies faster. Each item is related to a type of magic, which boosts certain skills’ dmg when you equip them. For the cons, I noticed that Ice Castle Stage 4 is unsolvable even if I resurrected twice by watching ads. After I reset the first castle, the beginning of Stage 3 Level 1 cannot be passed without dying because the enemy health (21) is greater than player health (20). Moreover, if I tried to restart a stage while the devil’s deal is taking effect or the statue is offering me cards, the app will crash.
[Edit on 25th Oct] Upgrading an item to a certain point gives +1 player health (shown as +1 on the icon), which means that Stage 3 Level 1 is in fact solvable. Thanks to the improved inventory screen, I can see every item’s associated magic. That said, I still have not found a way to beat Ice Castle Stage 4 without dying yet. Besides, when I let an ad to finish and stay on the download page for too long time before closing, the game music is muted. Also, after I dismember an item and then tap on other items, the icons are hidden until I relaunch the game.
[Edit on 26th Mar 2022] It’s been a long time, and I haven’t touched this game. I was happy that the upgrade window has a fancy look, and the item display glitch was fixed. On 17th Nov 2021, I found a new glitch: in a searched tower, the stage would glitch after I killed a mid boss, making the stage unbeatable.
In this evening, a cloud save screen had popped out for no reasons, then I accidentally chose the cloud save (700+ hours, all stages cleared, all lv.30 items, plus a new hero) instead of my local progress. I did not want to cheat, so I reinstalled the app to reset my progress. Despite that nuisance, I still like this game, so I would not change the rating.Show lessGuangze Xu

Simple and Fun
I’m a casual gamer and enjoy just being able to play and have fun. This game provides that hands down. There’s some strategy to it and actually not a lot of ads! It’s not like those other free games where you have ads every single level the only time I’ve ever had and add is when I saw I had a free chest and I had to watch an ad for it. Good gam until it isn’t
This game was fun when you start. You are not bombarded by ad revenue unless you want to give yourself a leg up you can choose to click on them. It’s kind of genius because they’re not forcing ads down your throat and it seems like you have a choice expect when you start getting to levels were you have to click on an ad to resurrect yourself because there is no way the math ads up. The absolute worst level is 4-11 good luck. I will no longer be playing this game. Just keep in mind that just because you have three choices doesn’t mean that you actually have a choice. They can make the algorithm to give you what ever result they want you to have. Just because there are three choices doesn’t mean you have one.Show lessiwillnolongerplaythisgame
Constantly crashes
Great idea (real life version of the click bait ads) that crashes constantly. Can’t get through the castle one boss without it crashing.did ray D D hgf
Great game, but…
Overall I love this game, enough to leave a review. It’s exactly what I wanted instead of seeing the fake ads and so forth. The new update gives me hopes it’ll arise to what it should be! Still some minor details to be fixed, but I’m really hoping for it to happen! Really a game that could go the distance! I just want to be able to refine my legendary items 😭 and move up in the game as much as possible! Holding out for these fixes and sticking with them!

Forced play
I hate the way this game forces you to play specific levels of a tower - even if the enemy is higher level than you and there should be other options, like I had a tower with a lvl 10 and a lvl 32 and I was only 20 but it wouldn’t let me go anywhere else and obviously I got killed -_-nonickname300001010
