I love this

Been searching for a decent HIIT app for a while now. I'm happy to find this one.

My Tri’s have never looked better!

I was hanging out down by the quad with my brotendos and after explaining to them how I haven’t had a gnarly workout in at least 311 minutes , I was referred to this app by the maestro himself, Mellow Mike. Needless to say, life can’t get any better than this. Stay wavy friends 🤙

Got stuck at fitness test - won’t work

It got stuck once the fitness test was done
Doesn’t move forward
Restarted the phone
No luck

Doesnt go past test

I completed the test and after that app just displayed “Fitness test completed” dialog box on which i clicked Save. Then it showed spinning circle which never completes. Phone got really hot so i killer the app. It was working for full 20 minutes before i killed it.

Could be better

I really like this app and that it does the work of making a workout plan for you. What it needs is a way to adjust how many reps you actually do during a workout. Sometimes I am not able to finish the reps and there is no way to adjust this. It would be nice to be able to do this then the AI can adjust the workout based on actual reps vs planned reps.

Thanks for your review! You can do this now. Under the set target, there’s a button called “edit sets”. When you change this number, the AI will take it into account, like you said.

Actually pretty great

Started doing in home intense workouts and this app is pretty great for keeping track… really motivates me to see my improvements

Perfect in home work out guide and tracker

I used to record all my work out data in my notes on my phone, none of the training apps available were quality in a sense of organization. THIS app changes that. I’m easily able to record all my work out data in a super organized fashion and I don’t need to take long breaks between sets during a work out in order to get to where I need to be on the app to jot down what I’ve done. I’ve only just got the app and started using it, as you can see I’m excited and think there’s a lot of good stuff coming.
