Been with this bank now for about 12 months and have been extremely pleased with their communication.

Excellent

This App is so easy to use, easy to open account, pay-in and withdraw funds. It’s also easy to navigate around your account to view . And of course a great interest rate.

Review

I am always sceptical when opening up new on-line bank accounts. But credit where it’s due, this really is one of the easiest to use and understand apps I’ve used!

Easy to use

Only just joined monument ,had no problems at all setting it up and very easy to use app , payment in and out are very prompt my payments in and out have been there within 30 second on easy access account .

Customer service

I spoke to customer services today and they were so quick in responding and sorting out an error, I think I may have made on transferring my interest to my nominated account. All sorted professionally and with great speed. I would highly recommend your savings account.

Amateurish and Ludicrous app - efficient, but only on one device at a time!! AVOID!!

The app works very well, monies are transferred very efficiently and the interest rate is good.
HOWEVER….. there is a serious issue which needs addressing - you can access the app from only ONE device at a time.
I use my iPad while at home but, when I am out, I might need urgent access to funds. I cannot login to the app on my iPhone unless I approve it on my iPad…which will be at home! Massively inconvenient and irritating.
Moreover, once you approve the second device, this then become the default! Utterly ludicrous. Most banking apps now allow access from multiple devices without having to pre-approve. This is a major flaw and something you should bear in mind before opening an account.
(Annoyingly, I received a response to my initial review telling me to call, which was a complete waste of my time as nothing can be done).
I will be looking to move my account to one where I can operate it efficiently and without these archaic practices.

A Good Find

In my search for a savings account that could offer me better terms than I was receiving, I read the recommendation on the Money Savings Expert site. Carried out a few checks to satisfy myself that a Bank that I had never previously heard of or knew anything about was the real deal. Happy that I would not be putting my money at risk I opened an account, easy, downloaded the Monument App, easy and started a new relationship.
My current bank from whom I was transferring my funds carried out their due diligence checks - reassuring. Money transferred and indeed further amounts being transferred. A slick problem free exercise and Monument always acknowledge receipts of funds promptly.
I am happy with interest rates, ease of access and look forward to enjoying a beneficial relationship

Great App Account

I was a little sceptical as have always had traditional accounts for saving prior to this, but Monument made the process of setup easy, intuitively managed, excellent communication, a good rate, strong security. If it continues to be this easy I’ll be a happy customer. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

Incredibly easy to use banking app

It just works. As a long time user of in-app banking I like apps without a lot of clicks, without loads of loading screens. I just want to be able to perform the action I’m looking to perform and get out. The Monument app does just that without complexities. Love it.
