Refreshingly uncomplicated
Putting funds into a six month deposit account was a simple, no-nonsense process … I will be even more impressed when it proves equally simple to withdraw them !!
App keeps freezing
Good rates with Monument, but we’re here to review the app not the bank.
The app doesn’t work at all, in the week I’ve had it I’ve had to delete and reinstall it twice already and the same thing has happened again just now. Very frustrating because it means you simply can’t access your account and deleting something you’ve invested your savings in does not feel good.
When the app works it looks fine and all info easily found, as far as I remember that is.
Please fix it, Monument!
