Terrible
Tried to search for busses for Bude to Exeter and just keeps coming up with and error and can’t find any results. The app is about as reliable as the public transport in Cornwall.
Very confusing
The Callington to Tavistock bus service (the 79 and 79A) have their destinations in reverse order on the ‘Timetable’.
This app is definitely not user friendly.

Half the time the bus isn’t even on the map and it is never on time absolutely rubbish

the bus i use 39 camborne to helston is really full and most of the time people are standing it is very overfilled especially with covid, needs a bigger bus for that route

I’m entirely unsure what user testing was performed on this new app for Cornwall, but it is a massive step down from the original app.
This is much less user friendly, and the map is incredibly painful on the eyes.
