Horrible experience, don’t use this scam
Requested a refund yesterday and still didn’t got an answer, and even if the refund is approved I don’t think I will be spending time trying this method again, so the 10$ I had to put on this so called app it’s never going to be used again.
Just go to a laundry store it’s cheaper, faster and your laundry will actually be clean

Despicable!
I had to download and use the app at an RV Park. Had to initially load $10 on the app. Nowhere was I able to determine the cost of the laundry prior to loading money. Was very annoyed to discover that the washing machine was $3.00, and the dryer was $2.50. So I could only wash one load. To wash a second I would have to pay another $10. I was annoyed for days and will wear dirty underwear before I ever use an app again to do laundry. I was able to get a refund for my remaining $4.50 by emailing them. Doesn’t change the fact that their pricing policy is despicable.
Full of bugs. Frustrating to use.
Right now I’m currently standing next to a GE washer. I put my soap and clothes in. I scanned. What does it tell me? “Please try another machine since this machine is currently in use.” Really!?! The machine that I’m standing next to that isn’t doing anything? The one that no clothes or anything going on with it before I got here? That machine? Amazing. I guess I’ll wait for one of the few remaining old machines to clear up so I can use that. Everyone else here does the same. Old machines are preferred.
Clearly the GE app team took their cues from the hardware people. So not only are these brand new machines already having frequent hardware issues (they’re frequently out of order). But they’re a complete pain to use because the app is also garbage.
