Lost my character
With the latest update, I logged in and my character is gone completely. I have spent a significant amount of time building the character up to level 150 or more. I’m not sure how this happens or how to fix it or where to find a place to contact somebody not cool

This game could be a solid 4-5 out of 5 stars… the combat is fun, you have a few different game modes to choose from, and the art is delightful. But the ads! And even worse? The ads bug, forcing you to watch them more than once to get the benefits. Even without the bugs, this game asks you to watch 12-24 ads every day, without even loading up a match. 9 daily rewards, 1 from each of the vendors (3 total), daily chest, exp rewards (1-5 that I’ve seen, pending your prestige level) and more. Plus, anytime you want to speed something up, refresh skill choices in game, a rebirth each round, temp events, and more. And again, they constantly bug, forcing you to rewatch them. Imagine watching upwards of 30+ minutes of commercials, just to play 15 minutes of actual game play?! Fix your ads bug, and reduce the ad bloat in the game.

Game so far seems good and lives up to images in the ad for a change
Fun not boring like the others
I find this one, the most challenging and fun
Too many bugs and badly conceived mini-games.
For pvp there is a special “expedition” matchup that occurs from time to time, that has you purchase tokens for money that gives good rewards. If the match launch fails, you get no credit, you can’t win the tournament, and the token you spent money on is lost. Customer service is slow to respond and merely says they passed it to the developer. The mini-games are unique, but they seem to make things deliberately unclear so as to generate more money for them. For example, they have an auction event where the highest bidder does not win. They receive an undisclosed advantage with no posted odds. (So you don’t know that you can lose until you lost. they refer you to the page with the rules, and then there is a second link to the second set of rules which explains the game- but with no posted odds.). I don’t mind games of chance for money in games. If your going to conduct a raffle - then call it a raffle and not an auction.

Stuck
In order to proceed in the next chapter u must complete the previous but it’s now stuck on chapter 4 . All 3 previous chapters are completed but stil number 4 is locked and says complete chapter 4 first …..

12 hours now, still haven’t hit the ceiling and still haven’t bought gems. I did pay $.99 to remove ads for a week though, it only felt right. Plus now I can get the bonuses faster without watching ads.
Good job y’all. It’s also been a very long time since I’ve played a freemium structured game, but compared to what I’m familiar with this is amazing
