Not user-friendly
All I want to see and print off is a regular No 1 bus timetable over a 7-day period but I don’t seem able to do this. I have to input the day I’m querying and that’s all I can do. Really faffy website to navigate and I’ve come off it with little satisfaction.

Fix the disappearing buses
One minute you can see them in the map, next, they’ve vanished.
And then the bus you were waiting for doesn’t turn up. Or does it turn up late? Who knows? Maybe it’s just jumped through a worm hole to further up the road!
Developers - however Uber do this, you need to consult and copy.
For now, going to expedite my driving lessons as you cannot rely on buses.

Where’s the watch app
What happened to the watch companion app?
Random freezes
After the latest update the map will randomly freeze sometimes, making the app very unreliable if you need it to check when the next bus is coming
Bluestar app
Excellent app I’ve started to use it from 8th November as the keycard has been discontinued. Very easy to use and to top up. Live bus times also available 😊
Too inconsistent
When it works it’s great but when it doesn’t it isn’t. Personally give me the Key, never had issues with it. But the app is just too inconsistent, second time in a week the app isn’t working and there isn’t any other way to show you have a ticket.

You made this app. The website is fine. I can see my current ticket and everything. Website is easy to manage. Now this app, i cang see my current ticket. Website is good? Why the heck create this app?????
