Needs fixing
Registered my account, then reopened the app and it won’t work. Like I just get the orange Home Screen for when the app opens and that’s it!!! Such a waste
Figured it out
You have to scan the QR code on the actual collar, not the on tag, and then it works!
Not working
I had a collar previously and it worked great on the website....now all it brings me to is this app that doesn’t even work. I had to resign-up and every time i try to add my new collar it won’t scan the QR code which is the whole point of the collar!🤬 Plus if my dog gets lost and someone is trying to contact me having to download an app instead of the information just popping up is a worse system then before.

Needs updating
The app wouldn’t let me login - I changed my password twice and still kept getting “Couldn’t log into account” message.
