If managed by your organization, encryption is based on the permissions assigned to you by your system admin. You can open and work with encrypted files from the corporate network. You can also use the app without central management addition and define your own passwords. The solution uses an automatic file encryption process to effectively secure confidential files. A user is authorized to access the encrypted data by assigning his profile to a unique key group. Unauthorized persons can only see a ciphered, unreadable character set.
