Used to love this game
I used to love this game. Been playing for almost 9-10 months everyday and have spent $$$$ on it. I started to notice a trend so I began screenshotting the screens after each game. I’ve noticed this especially during the Challenges where you play against another player. I would be 100’s of points ahead, play the next game and have 8+ turns left when I completed it and then my opponent would be 100’s of points ahead of me, all in the span of 30 seconds or so. Some games I would need to use the purple diamonds to continue a game so as not to lose my status so I have spent quite a lot of money. I haven’t lost a life at all today yet I have lost every challenge at the last minute.
This kind of thing happens with every challenge(not just the player against player) and it’s ridiculous.
I know the developers need to make money and I’m ok with that. However, they will not be making anymore money from me.

Needs a pause option
I have played over 300 levels without paying a penny, so it is possible to have a free game. The graphics are great. The short stories with the poor mom seemed to have disappeared after completing 100 levels. Haven’t had one in a while. Yes, the games get harder as the levels rise.. the harder they get they should increase your move count, as it it now, it takes up to seven or more tries to complete. This could really frustrate some into totally quitting. I see that. Also it needs a pause option. It takes a lot of work to earn some of the perks such as unlimited spheres for 15 minutes only to get a phone call and lose your time. Now THAT really ticks me off…. I’m not playing the game so why is my time running out? Otherwise this game is going well….so far.Show lessTetleys2
Great, but….

Now to begin with I loved, loved, loved this game. Relaxing and pretty and the music is nice, too. But…. And here is the but. As you move up the levels it obviously will become harder, but now to the extent where every level requires several attempts to pass. It’s making it dull and boring and just like every other mediocre game out there with similar themes. If the pass rate was even 50% on first attempt, it would be worth it. But mostly all levels require several attempts and I’m pretty fed up with it, which is a shame because the potential is there, but becoming frustrating rather than enjoyable. While I understand the developers need to keep us interested, (and to make money) this isn’t the way to go in my humble opinion. Unfair to Frequent Players
The recent change limiting the coins and merge items one can earn each day is unfair. I have worked long and hard to accumulate several “person” items, which give stars, which are redeemed for coins and merge items. Now I can’t reap the rewards of my efforts if I play the game more than just a little.
It doesn’t make sense, because you don’t lose anything if I get more coins/merge items. These don’t help me win levels, so all opportunities for you to make money when I buy boosters to win levels is still there.
Please change this back and let me redeem all the stars generated each day.Show lessGrandi23

I also loved this game and spent a fair wack of money getting to over 2000 games. But then I wised up! It was no fun any more even when I spent more money - it just gobbled everything up and almost continuously finished with 1 square left - obviously tempting/almost forcing me to spend even more to try and advance. I also agree with the criticisms of unfinished items which hang around and get in the way of play.

Enjoyable but
Enjoyable game but constant trying to make you spend money. The lack of ads are good, not a lot of story line as shown . Save your money and play it as a rainy day game .🇨🇦🇨🇦kim
Too hard
As you progress through the levels the challenges become harder…to the point where you either lose interest and delete the app or pay to buy more chances to continue. It’s a good game but not worth paying for which is obviously what the creators of the app want.Marion7661
Wish I could give 5 stars
This is the best game I have ever played but cannot give 5 stars as too many negatives. Too many levels have to be played 35+ times unless you are willing to pay and constantly be topping up the diamonds for extra goes. Literally a ‘just one more go’ game. Waiting for new levels which is not the developers fault but the throne room does not give one chest for one game but you have to play up to 50 games for one chest and then the merging is done for you. Totally spoils the game. I am in a fantastic team who encourage me to keep on playing otherwise I would have left. UPDATE Help line is not working 2 August. Reduced 4 stars to 1 as help line is still not workingShow less"..klmnh,x

This game is not as illustrated in ads. They cheat by giving you impossible challenges.example you must collect 40 apples with 15 moves after 10 moves they only give you five apples because they want you to use tools which you have to buy or use purple diamonds to extend your time which you also have to buy. To top it all off whenever the game freezes or kicks you out you lose your progress.
Customer support is non existent absolutely hate game that supposedly offer support but have non this is my main reason for 1 star.
Whoever created this star system is bias because we should be able to give zeros.
