Where is the story?
I downloaded this game on the strength of the positive reviews saying there are no adverts and that the game is exactly as advertised.
WRONG! It is purely a match-3 game for which, when you win a level, you receive a chest with items inside. Once you open the chest, you then merge those items.
There is no story featuring the girl with the baby who needs saving that I’ve come across. So, the adverts are completely misleading.
The match-3 and the merging are both slick, but I’m now bored with the game, having got to the high 600’s in levels. It’s just the same old, same old.
And a note to the developers/marketing: STOP the awful “abused women & children” adverts. Try being honest and use actual gameplay to advertise your game!

Great game
I am actually probably addicted to this game. I like that it doesn’t take hours upon hours to build up money. Matching items is great and like all the characters. They only reason I give it 4 stars is cause quite a few levels a truly hard to pass. I feel I am pretty good at the game as I played matching games for years. This one is a bit more challenging. While challenging is not bad this one is a bit frustrating when it take 10 ish times to pass one level. My suggestion is lighten up the the difficulty setting or give just about 5 extra moves to the levels where you have hit an item 3+ times to get it to disappear. I will never spend money on apps so that is not an option if that is the intention for the difficulty. Love the no ads. I will recommend people playing this game.Show lessGee1072
Best game!
I was troubled by the ads I saw for this game like a woman being sent out in the cold, etc. I downloaded the game so I could let the developers know how offensive the images of poverty and abuse could be for women. I firmly believe scenes of abuse need to be stopped IMMEDIATELY. There is no good reason to capitalize on a very real problem.
However, this may be the best game I’ve ever played. It is flawless. No ads, lots of ways to earn extra points, and the graphics are great. I never thought I would like merge games. But this is matching and merging so it is not just one type of game. This is the first game I love to play.Show lessIm2old4this

Hi, this game is absolutely brilliant, I’ve give 5 stars for that reason. I finished all levels a while ago. I’ve been playing the extra levels added weekly then in the trophy one when I’ve finished the new levels but it’s getting too hard for me to win games, sometimes I play for hours on lives extra lives and sometimes win a few games but then most of the time I only win 1 game after playing with all my lives for hours. This isn’t fun for me at all it’s now getting stressful more than enjoyment. I cant give less than 5 stars because it’s very good, good gameplay, I love the merging part of it. Its just too difficult for me. So I’ll say goodbye and keep up with the good work in your game Matching Story. Congratulations for the game.Show lesswhizz64

The game has glitched several times but I let it slide because it didn’t affect my progress. Two weeks ago it glitched and I lost all my genie gifts and the power ball feature. I contacted them and got an automated response. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t restored any of my features or bonuses I worked hard to get. You need to talk to Dream Mania to learn how to do your game properly. They give a player enough help so we are not redoing the same level until we lose the lives! I like this game but I’m getting to the point that I will not play too much longer. The puzzles are very hard and you can’t build up the powers to use. You are very stingy with the diamonds that can be used after you’ve failed a puzzle. I love the matching part of this game but it takes too long to get lives again unless you get every puzzle correct the first time. You have way too many items in each puzzle with limited chances to clear them. Please lighten up on the puzzles so a player doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get another life. At this point I do NOT recommend this game unless you have a lot of money to spend.Show lessKdsofco

Turns sour quickly

To start you need 30 reds to open curtains, this took me 14 turns, also
need to clear 28 eggs (2 matches per egg) once curtain is open you have to clear 28 saw mills then under the saw mills is 28 double glass so approx 140 things to clear with only 11 turns left!!
On the island new random things are sent to match up before I have even finished matching other things, I have 2 islands and no spaceShow lessKadbad888

I like this game but I’m getting to the point that I will not play too much longer. The puzzles are very hard and you can’t build up the powers to use.
