Too many bugs in system,
Looks Can Be Deceiving.
My employers purchased Transcendent, and we use it for just about everything.
Unfortunately the program is not up to the challenge. Bugs glitches and malfunctions are VERY common.
My employers uses Transcendent information and stats to rate maintenance staff performance… but those ratings are CONSISTENTLY off because of deficiencies is the system.
I have no idea if Transcendent is better or worse than the competition since I’ve never used any of them.
But after using Transcendent for a few years… I can’t see how they can be any worse.
If I could rate it ZERO stars… I would.

Very slow all the time.
Slow and it just reset itself and I just noticed that the time is super imposed over the 3 lines at the top so I’ll have to restart the app and lose my notes on the current work order. Hot Sauce was much better or even Maximo.

This app is a huge waste of time. The fact that the consumer can not reconfigure the inspections list and Taylor it to our specified needs without talking to support is rediculous. I have not heard from them in like year. It turned my 10 minute morning walk around into 45 mins. We went from quore to this crap. Micromanaging at its finest. It makes me want to quit my job if they won’t go to some other program. Frustrating. I might risk it all and not use it.

Hasn’t worked in over a year.
We have a 147 Questionnaire that has to be answered. This App has been TRASHED for over a year all while continuously charging us $3,000 a year for this program. Nobody seems to know what’s going all, they blame our devices but they are BRAND NEW devices. The newest devices that you can even buy. It seriously takes 30 seconds to 45 seconds for the next question to load. So do the math… 35 seconds x 147 questions. That takes OVER AN HOUR to complete. Absolutely ridiculous. We just stopped using the App and we are working to cut off all ties with Marriott. We have to do 5 of those questionnaires a day. 5 x 147. Employees would spend nearly 8 hours a day just answering questions and not actually doing the work that the questionnaire requires done. I suggest ALL COMPANIES stop using this program & this company. Get refunds for a non working App. We have plenty of videos of this. Let this company fail because we’ve put in multiple requests to have this fixed and NOTHINGS BEEN DONE! I hate this company and I hate this app.
