Constant Problems
We have three banks and this is by far the worst website. It’s much more tedious that any other. I got locked out Saturday and had to wait all weekend for someone to let me back in, delaying my tax work. I know MANY people who bank with them and have the same complaints about this website.

The recent change to the new interface is horrible. It is not intuitive or easily understood.

I’ve been banking for over fifty years. My career was in bank trust operations. County Bank is the best bank I have ever dealt with. Friendly, responsive and make banking so easy. Thank you County Bank!!
So many things I miss!!!
I miss having a “futures balance”
I miss paying a Bill with one check rather then having to make multiple checks because of limits
I miss automatically getting the “spendable balance”
I miss being able to print off statements and still getting my statement mailed (for the church account)
I miss being able to help my sister in law deposit a check into her account ( I am on as joint)
