Sort the bug out in your firmware
My devices just updated firmware through your stupid app and now the devices are bugging out. They where acting as one device playing music through both ears and now after the firmware they no longer do that they won’t connect to each other or play music through both ear buds.
App supposed not good
I bought sound form flow and I don’t connect with this app in iphone 15 pro running in ios 17.2
Crashing
Once I pair my earbuds the app crashes and won’t open again, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and keeps crashing after connecting to my device

Can customise and upgrade firmware on my SoundForm flow.
Connected and works perfectly. I had absolutely no problems with it and my buds now work so much better than just out of the box use (which I really wasn’t very happy with tbh). Can adjust equalizer settings, bass, treble etc.

This app broke my earbuds!!
I just bought them today and they were working perfectly fine. I downloaded the app and now they can’t sync to anything and aren’t even able to be reset no matter what they just blink blue now. DONT GET THIS APP

Terrible app
Brand new SOUNDFORM ear buds and won’t connect to app after several tries very disappointing.
It does not work
I had a Belkin Auc002. So I downloaded the app to adjust the sound but I can't connect or see the device. :( disappointed
