Amazing app made me eat much healthier
Was diagnosed with being prediabetic high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and overweight. Was told to download & follow this plan by my nurse at the surgery.. that was 2 1/2 years ago.. having now lost 6 1/2 stone no longer prediabetic blood pressure down BMI a lot better & feel so much healthier never thought I could could do this but support is fantastic .. so helpful so thank you to all involved

This app is invaluable. It gives clear, easy to read advice, recipes, meal planners and progress reports. The doctors who developed this are NHS professionals who have had considerable success with their patients. I’ve lost 25 lbs so far and am already benefiting from relief from achy joints. And I’m never hungry and can enjoy delicious food.

Simple to understand
I’ve been practising low carb/keto for over 5 years. But lots of people I know just can’t get their mindsets past the low fat way of life they’ve been advised to follow for the last 40 years.

Everybody should download this app and digest the contents. This app is informative and interesting and although I have studied numerous websites regarding low carb, due to being pre diabetic twice, this has been the most down to earth and practical advice given so far. I now understand where I have been going wrong in life and hope to rectify it by not eating 5 tangerines per day + other fruits, porridge oats for breakfast and jacket potatoes for lunch! This is free advice and well thought out. Try is you won’t be disappointed. Sincere thanks to the Dr’s at Freshwell.

A revelation
This app was suggested to me by my diabetes nurse after I was diagnosed earlier this year. I have been following a moderate low carb diet ever since and I am staggered at the results. I have lost 10kg without feeling deprived of anything and my blood sugar has improved radically. I can't recommend this enough - it contradicts everything I've believed about food and diet but makes perfect sense.
