Patients often ask me for meal plans. These are so simple with enough variety to keep you interested but without having to learn loads of new recipes. Delicious and easy to follow! I’ll be recommending the App on a daily basis.

Thank you for this wonderful app which is very much needed. It’s jam packed full of everything you need to know to get started on your low carb journey with a step by step six week module. There a lots of delicious recipes to get your teeth into! Having this app is like having a personal consultation on your phone that you can go to at any time. I’m sure that if you have any questions they are answered in this app. I also love how friendly this app feels and how the authors have had real life patient experience and have the results to show it. Absolutely brilliant - thank you !
