Hi there, our customers have been using our weekly promotions ever since we introduced them. The promotional T&Cs are very thorough and can be found in the app and on our websites. If you believe that a promotion was "poorly drafted", you can speak to our customer support for more information.

Hi there! We currently do have access up to 30+ currencies and as for transferring money out, as I had told you when you contacted customer service, you were trying to transfer out using PayID which we have yet to support. However, you can transfer money out through using BSB/Account Number of your relevant bank account.
