Filled in all the required information to sign up. The app is supposed to have many more games to play. Nope, not one. False advertising.
App doesn’t work but they still charge you
It seems like they are ripping me off. App doesn’t work but I still got charged and can’t get money back!! What gives?
Worst app ever?
Cannot even get started with the app. I have signed up on the app using 3 different email address and have yet to get a single confirmation email back to allow me to use the app. It’s been weeks…My son is in the same situation.
I hope people don’t make the same mistake as me. I hope they read these reviews before spending the extra money on the Superdeker pro. The original would be the same as far as I can see.

Can’t log in
Terrible app can’t even log in or retrieve password.
Worst app
I tried to get my account back but I forgot it and now I can’t make a new one because it’s telling me to use the web login and I don’t know how

App hardly works. Paid for a subscription and maybe used the app 3 times. Cannot reset my password.
Works pretty well, some bugs
I’ve had a decent experience using the app for about the past month, none of the greyed out icon or login issues others have reported. I did have to logout and reboot the SuperDeker board to get it to sync properly the first time, but fine since. One major issue: can’t seem to turn off the sound effects. I’ve tried hitting mute, because I just want to listen to music or a podcast while I’m using the Deker, but the sound effects and crowd noise from the app always override that audio. Please fix!

The log in button is always grayed out. It’s been like this for the whole day
Terrible customer service
Awesome product but I had an issue with the app and after multiple emails to customer service to fix the issue I gave up.
