Can’t use the deeker app anymore…
Used to be able to open the app and connect to the deeker. Now I have to login and give all my personal information. For what? Lame… I sign up for a parent account so my son can use this expensive training tool. After giving all my information, it says that since I’m not a player I can’t use the deeker. Now I try to sign up for a player account, but my email is already been used so now my kid can’t use the app at all. Incredibly unuseful. Most rediculous, unuseful app I have ever tried to use.

Terrible app and customer service
No longer lets me into app and Bluetooth does not work. Have contacted customer service multiple times - phone and email. Good product otherwise.

No way to reset your password if you don’t remember your username (which cannot be your email).
It’s 2024 - all the obvious usernames are taken. If I have to create one it’s going to be a random selection of characters since I will assume, like every other site/app I’ll be able to use my email to login or reset…
I tried using a second email but confirmation was never sent, and the app won’t resend.
And there’s no support email on their site. You have to call…..

Great app but some ideas
I like the new feed system where you can follow people but, with the new rankings I wish you could see all the ranks, as well as all skill levels when you try to see that. Teams idea is cool as well. I definitely recommend returning to the OG leaderboard or changing it where you can see everyone on it.

Garbage
My kid wanted the super decker pro so bad for his big Christmas present. Bought it and plugged it in. It won’t pair to the app. We’ll be sending it back and getting him something else.

Can’t even get a confirmation email to log in
There’s no way to recover your nickname, my son forgot his, so we tried creating a new account with another email address and have not gotten the email to confirm. To log in.
App will not start
My app was working just fine but I deleted it and when I signed back in it kicked me out and it won’t let me back in if anyone knows how to fix this can you write a review on how too
Glitchy
The app. Is super glitchy and is almost unusable. We paid for the subscription and basically lost our money as it’s pretty much unusable. Very sad for the kids…
Simply amazing app
This is just want I needed most for practising my stick-handling skills with the board and app truly works best to control the board. It lets select multiple options which are challenging and loved it.
I can’t wait to see my name of leaderboard for most games here. Best app!

Don’t buy it for the app
The Super Deker on its own is amazing but we bought it because we though the app would make it even better. Unfortunately the junk is worthless. Once you create a sign-in the app will no longer let you sign in. Definitely something they need to address
