Can’t even make an account
I like the device itself, but the app doesn’t even let me make an account - I enter in my email or phone number (doesn’t matter which) and the continue button to get to the next step doesn’t seem to work. Device seems good - app is terrible
So many fundamental issues - account creation fails , Wi-Fi setup fails, once a device is found but Wi-Fi setup fails you can’t continue with deleting the device and starting all over , requires your precise location to enable Wi-Fi , on and on - great packaging , product design and concept ruined by an app that appears to not have had even basic testing.Show lessstoomac
Can’t get past registration

Will not find device
The app asks for a wifi connection then has a Bluetooth symbol after it “says” it is connected. Nothing happens. Tried to create an account entered email and new password. It does not let me proceed. Useless.fcoffey

Can’t Use!!
Please fix the account creation screen!! Can’t even make an account because it never lets you hit “Continue” after entering an email and password. Might as well have delayed the app some more if it can’t do anything….Masterchief 117a

The app is a total gimmick!!! No instructions on how to pair to the app … so I’m using it without the app..Nmr2930
