  • Do not get you will be repeatedly charged even when cancelled

    App does not do anything what it says it should do, and I canceled way back before march of this year and I have been charged three times a month since. I have not gotten any response from the app and am waiting to hear from apple about insufficient funds they keep charging me for the app I do not have . It is a SCAM!!!!! I’m already in process of clearing my credit from past fraud charges with a law firm and it’s like a revolving door , I clean up my other issues just like this and now this pops up . If this is not cleared up by this company and made right I will add them to my attorneys list of bad businesses and have them deal with them . After reading the last reviews I know I’m not alone in this . Save yourselves the headaches and avoid at all cost!

  • NO CONTACT INFO

    I was charged $9.95 for a service I never requested. Initially it said for $2.99 a month because of a special but I never upgraded. I have a screen shot showing this is a free account. I did not want your service because at the last minute I did not feel secure enough to provide you the access you required in order for your app to work.

    Now I’m being charged? This is ridiculous and you have no links anywhere on the app to connect up to support. Not even a phone number.

    I am calling my bank and placing a block on your company to void any fraudulent payment requests going forward.

    I have purchases your product and I haven't been able to enjoy your services due to the fact my account hasn't been updated on your end. I have screenshots of a message that my information will be updated. I've been getting that same message for two weeks now and you still haven't updated. I've been trying to find a way to contact but can't find any email, support site that doesn't have prompts so as to relay a direct message or issue, just the ones you think are necessary. I would still like to try your product even though it seems to be more a problem than a solution. This is the only forum I have to bring this issue to you. And I am very frustrated and dissatisfied at this point. Do you think you can help me? I still have the app and screenshots of a repeated message that's been sent over a week with no progress. And now I can't seem to leave my name because your company I guess can't distinguish two accounts with the same name. Maybe that's the reason I'm having issues with your product. The nickname 'Dissatisfied' is taken as well. Guess I'm not the first!

    It won’t open what is going on here I restored but it won’t open on my screen what happened it has an x on it like it isn’t on and it isn’t turned in I try to open it and it won’t open this is the same I pad I used to get this .But it’s not on I deleted this because you are having problems with letting me back in after I updated my subscription so I canceled it and deleted it I have no idea why your support doesn’t contact me and tell me what happened please refund my money I have canceled this subscription I’m calling my bank and stopping payment too. This isn’t working like it should.I have screenshots and saved everything so don’t try to do anything anymore I’m done with this you people aren’t doing right this has been reported to

  • They refuse to let me cancel. They ignore requests.

    I got this app. When I went to look at it the “standard” version was selected but was never activated. They hard sell all of the upgrades. They are so confusing I quickly decided it was not for me. I chatted with customer rep and they tried talking me out of canceling app. Then said they’d send Elmer an email to complete the cancellation process. Never received the email. Went to their support page and left a very clear message to cancel my app. The emailed back and wanted to work something out so I wouldn’t cancel app. I replied that I wanted to cancel app. No other option would do. Haven’t heard from them since. I was able to go and cancel automatic payments though so they only got me once. I would definitely not recommend. It feels like a hard sell scam.

  • Horrible Customer Service

    This app has really poor customer service, I had an issue where I was using the free trial and it hadn’t activated for over 24 hours meaning I lost a whole day of the trial and still couldn’t use the service. I went to contact support which they said they’d transfer me to technical support (they didn’t) after ten minutes I asked if they were still doing it to which they finally did and then the guy they transferred me to was no help and he ended the chat with me because I didn’t respond within five minutes of him asking me for details and then after going back in to try support again they just wouldn’t respond to me at all even though I was in a chat with an agent and I was actively typing to them.

  • WARNING!

    I downloaded the free app to just check it out. Once in the app you can’t do anything without subscribing. I deleted the app only to find out later that they charged me $1.99 on the day that I downloaded the app and $9.99 for the 2 months following the FREE app download. I did not subscribe to anything. It also does not show up in my iTunes subscriptions and in the app is tells me to go to iTunes to unsubscribe. There is no way to unsubscribe because it is not in iTunes!!! I’m calling my bank to put a stop to the auto payments! DO NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I would give zero stars if it would let me.

  • Unreal trying to cancel.

    When I went to cancel my subscription to Ad-Block it was unreal. They would not take no for an answer. First off you can only cancel it by contacting them by text and I had to tell them 6 times to just cancel it. The guy repeatedly kept coming back trying to get me to stay. It was the most aggravating thing I’ve ever tried to cancel. Just not worth the aggravation. He refused to take no for an answer. There’s no reason it should take 30 minutes texting to cancel a subscription.

  • STAY AWAY! DONT DO IT! Avoid this app.

    Their services aren’t as promised on whatever social media ad you saw it on and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. There’s no cancellation button to cancel, just to delete your account, which still keeps you subscribed to the service. Then, when you finally do reach a chat with a person, they won’t let you cancel. When you have finally told them “absolutely not,” they tell you that you should receive a link in 30 minutes or less. They won’t talk to you after that in the chat even though you are still online with them. Why can’t they just send the link in the chat? ITS PERFECTLY DESIGNED TO GET YOU TO NEVER UNSUBSCRIBE.

    Plus, I think you start at $2.99, but that’s only the first bill or the cost of the app, it goes up automatically to $9.99.
