Ripped off
I was offered this at $2.99 a month when i got a new phone. The next month it went up to $9.95. I didn’t notice until the next month. Figuring out how to contact them was very difficult. I finally chatted with someone and was offered the $2.99 again, for real. I thought I’d try it. I was refunded the $6.95 for the 3rd month. But the next day, my bank showed another charge for $9.95. Although PayPal showed the refund my bank didn’t. But I have 2 charges in my bank of $9.95. So back to the site to try and contact someone, finally did with a chat. I asked for a phone number but wasn’t given one. I knew I couldn’t play with this company anymore. I tried to follow the cancellation process but it kept taking me back to chat with someone. I think I’m finally canceled. Now as long as I don’t keep getting deduction for Adblock with a canceled subscription, I’m glad I got out of there with only $20 loss so far.

Does NOT work, unable to contact support
Installed this , enabled every single filter the product has I still get ads on Facebook watch, all browsers. Configuring everything should cover at least something. It does not. Tried contacting support it does not exist, you simply get stuck in a loop of tutorials. Found online a company which somehow is able to get reviews and comments to the UK based company. Wrote a detailed description and sent it off - not heard anything in 2 weeks. I worked in software development for 25 years so I’m not making newbie mistakes. Install, reinstall, reboot, delete reconfigure , latest version - I’ve done everything, if I developed software like this in my career I would have been fired on the spot. Don’t know how they remain in business. Not able to give zero stars would if I could.
Deleting right now , apparently I’m on a free trial , will figure out how to stop them auto charging me the first month - not sure how to report to the apple App Store but this product needs to be goneShow lessPBeast2

I liked the app well enough. I paid for the premium subscription but realized that the premium features weren’t worth the cost. I read some reviews and freaked out over the customer service horror stories. They did the dance when I reached out— giving me “exclusive offers” and such. I was actually able to get my subscription cancelled within three emails— didn’t threaten to report them to the BBB or anything I just kept sending one sentences replies confirming that I wanted to cancel. They weren’t rude like other customers have unfortunately experienced. It’s a shame they try to make it so hard to cancel. Do not get
It doesn’t block any ads on your phone at all. Ittells your subscription information to change is available in itunes. That makes no sense since itunes is music and media not apps. I checked my subscriptions through apple and there are none. Found it that because I paid with paypal that Apple has nothing to do with the subscription. Took me over a month to get the support part of the app to get me into a chat. Where after telling them i want it all cancelled they tell me all about the features. This is a complete scam. They take your money and only way to stop is to block or cancel card payment is linked to then they close your acc.Show lessFollowerofthesun

This product is advertised as one which will stop all advertising !! Nothing could be further from the truth !!! I can’t absolutely no different whatsoever with the ads on google !!! As far as I know this program haven’t stopped a single advertisement !! Save your money and go somewhere else !!!MinniE2847
Canceled
I cancelled this app within 24 hours in Dec. I immediately stopped any payments through PayPal. I have still not heard from the company. I am still having interruptions on my computer from this app and I never downloaded it!
It is invasive, I unfortunately did not save any documents etc. during this ordeal. I am tired of dealing with a company that does not respond to my emails or acknowledge they even received them BUT were happy to take my money!Show lessOakhrose
Caution
This product works very well but they want you to upgrade to more and more add on’s
They also make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscriptions . I canceled my subscription and they kept taking money out of my banking account and I had to get my bank involved and they had to block total Adblock from taking anymore money from my account.Show lessCJC.11
Worst ever
I absolutely HATE, hate, hate this. I have been trying to cancel this and there is no legitimate possibility of doing so! I have requested my bank to block any and all charges and have listed your company as fraudulent. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and ensuring that every social media platform is aware of your inability to be contacted to close an account or to stop a subscription.Show lessknuckekbone

This app has been taking money from my account once sometimes more than once a month. I have tried to cancel, they tell me they can’t find my info and ask me to send them all-of my info to them in an email. None of the email addresses seem to match, but they have emailed me at the one I set up with the account. They still say they can’t find me in their system, but yet they find a way to get my money. I have gotten nowhere with them. I was able to get into what is supposed to be my account and it did say I was on the free account, but then they charge my card $9.95 every month. I keep disputing it and have deleted my card from my phone and got a new number and changed my password like Apple told me to do, but they still keep charging me. My Last Hope
I really thought this app was going to be a five star app, but unfortunately it turned out that I have had to remove it and reinstall it several times in order to get it to work properly, and still I can’t get the VPN to work or even get it to work in Real Time. This app was my last hope as I have a cyber stalker that just won’t quit. My accounts have been compromised with the app running.
