Useless App

App will not work on Apple phone. Requesting a refund worked just as well!

I use this application CCF Calculator for 2+people Basic Life Support Instruction

I have been using this application to emphasize the evidence-based ROC Trials results for AHA (Chest Compression Fraction) of 80% or higher and to increase survival of our Cardiac Arrest Patients.

I usually assign 4 students per 2-rescuer BLS scenario. I start using a short demonstration for my students on the Competencies expected for this portion of Basic Life Support. Often is turns into a low-key competition between groups with encouraging remarks and applause if 90% or higher is achieved. A wonderfully supportive tool for my students with lots of positive feedback.

I use this app on a iPad MacBook Air device. However, I need to close the application completely before the next group is tested.

Waste of money and time

This is a terrible app. No tutorial. Stuck in note mode. Does not keep two times like you need for CCF. Have to restart every two min. As if a code only lasts two min. Could be so much better if two timers that you could manipulate and a continuous 2 min count down as well.

Does not work well on iPhone

I really wanted to have a great app like this. Cannot get the CCF to show up on my iPhone. No instructions, no settings, trying to figure out the app. I finally got the CCF to show up once by tap in holding the dart Sim icon? And then it never came up again. The mail or message feature, does not work. Try tapping on that, tapping in holding, nothing seems to work.

Note is not working

The app keeps getting stuck in note mode. There is no other way to get out of the note as to restart the app. Useless

Response from developer

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I work on a fix for this issue. Thank you, Erik.

Great little App!

I have my students download this app when doing the multiple rescuer CPR in my BLS Classes. One student is compressing, the other rescue breathing, the other AED use and one controlling the CCF App. The person with the app is keeping track of compressions. There is even a notes feature that allows you to keep track of shocks given. You can then after the code share with a friend or just take a screenshot for debriefing. For ACLS this is great because you can have an extra roll for someone keeping track of high quality CPR. With the App they can keep track and note what medications were given, shocks and whatever else. It’s a great tool!
