All inclusive, motivational, one app does all and great value for money!

I came across this app a good while ago and it’s one of the few I’ve kept. Firstly the price point monthly is great for me personally. The app caters for those who want short, easy to follow stretches to full length yoga sessions. So you can pick and choose, whenever what you need or feel. One thing I have noticed is how active Sam is with his customers, replying to comments, actioning on feedback for improvements and creating a sense of community. Well done Sam and thank-you!

Almost perfect

Love the programs, but it needs to be able to let you customise some of them to suit, and make them downloadable, I work in remote areas with little to no signal or wifi at times, and it’s very frustrating not being able to use a program that you’ve paid for.

Favourite App (1 year in)

Genuinely love this app. The stretches have helped me a lot and I notice a difference when I miss a day. I have been using this app for over a year and look forward to my daily stretches. I had no experience in any athletics prior to using this app.

Any tech issues are quickly addressed by the creator. I hope an Apple Watch app is on the horizon, would make transitions through out routine even more seamless.

Love it!

This app has truly helped me stay active in some way each day. Some classes are 20-30mins and some are 6-12mins. I love the range and that I can do this even when I don’t have a lot of time and from the comfort of my own home. It has helped my body to feel better and more relaxed! Thank you Sam!

Accessible, feel better in your body

I love Sam’s new app Stretch and am loving the January 2023 stretch challenge. I am a person who naturally and in response to stress holds a lot of tension in my body. This creates a cycle of feeling more stress and tension because I’m uncomfortable. I don’t always have the time, focus, discipline or energy for a full yoga session. Sam’s challenges get me into my body, moving, releasing tension, and improving my mobility in a way that is accessible and manageable. Highly recommend!

Very user friendly app!

Great amount of content for the price and the app is incredibly well-developed and user-friendly!

Needs to be more interactive

Good exercises - however, during the 30 seconds of each exercise there is nothing to tell you how long you should hold the move for or when to break and go again. As a result you spend too much time looking at your phone working it out.

Changed for the better

I used to never warm up or stretch before strength training, cardio, or my walks because i didn’t know what to do and what specific stretches would be best for what. It wasn’t until I downloaded this app and my life has truly been changed. Not only does it make stretching and warming up so accessible and non-intimidating, there’s a stretch routine for anything. Can’t sleep? Sam created a routine to do at night to wind down. Want to get energized in the morning? Sam created a routine. Have tight hips? There’s a routine for that.
I can’t recommend this app enough! I’ve been telling everyone I know about it and trying to spread the word.
I only have 2 things I wish it did (very nit-picky and small things that are not worth taking a star away for). The first is, I wish it connected to Apple Health. My other fitness apple do, so it would be nice to be able to incorporate all of them into Apple Health so all of them communicate. My second is, and this kind of goes hand in hand with my first point, I wish it calculated, or at least estimated, how many calories were burned during a session. Would just be nice to know if, like me, you’re trying to remain in a caloric deficit. Regardless, I love this app so much. Sam did an incredible job!

Brilliant.

Just started and already feel so much more relaxed 🤞🏻👍🏻🙏

Good, not yet great.

I want to start by saying this app has helped me stretch more regularly and brought some new stretches to my routine.

However, I find myself going to the same pre- and post-workout routines over and over. It would be great to offer some new options. You could even highlight classes on the main page of the app. Also, sound cues, vocals, or music would be a nice touch as I regularly have to check to see if I’ve missed something since it is so silent.
