TM Check is no longer free
I've been using this FREE app for a few months now and it works great, especially in blocking spam texts. Starting today, Sep 25, 2024, the app will no longer open until you sign up for an account. You will then have to PAY for the app after a 30-day free trial. There was no warning of the change and no info on the Trend Micro website explaining it is no longer free. In fact, the Trend Micro website still says TM Check is free. Well, it isn't anymore.Show lessStlMama51
Works plain and simple
I hate political texts, and the fact that they are allowed to spam you without consequence and that forwarding to #SPAM does nothing because they are political spam text messages is super annoying. This works and at least sends them to junk. It will not let me report a spam text that comes with an image, not sure if that is by design or not. For now bulk edit and then delete 12 or more a day from Junk folder, so thanks for help keeping political spam out of my inbox.Show lessxks(23)
Knowledge if your being scammed
Im so grateful for this app bc I once had some kind of relationship with a soldier he did call me Wouk on IG but was always with a sob story of being hungry & his money being on lock til mission accomplished so me being good hearted sent him 40$ omg it’s started to bc a habit till I got fed up he stopped asking but he shared how hungry he was bla bla bla . I just got fed up I said Good bye bc I’m a widow I have my own bills . Now I met a very decent honest army man I was still waiting for that moment of asking for money it’s been 2 months he’s never asked me for a penny only prayers he even gave me his moms number I just checked it scared all this time everything would be a lie . I just found out with this app the tel # is legit. Omg Now I feel so much better bc even though i haven’t felt anything bad or been asked for anything i still have that frame of taught what that other so called person said was a soldier. Now I can fully feel happy & know the man I’m building a relationship isn’t a scammer or lier . Thanks to this appShow lesssuazomary2

Ok I have nothing to do with this company so this review is my experience. I was beyond overwhelmed with political texts. ALL DAY LONG! Why do they think harassing me is going to make me want to donate!! I was literally desperate. I paid for the Verizon filter $4 a month. It worked for a week and then they were back. Called Verizon they didn’t care. Cancelled that. Went reading reviews of Apps and this got great reviews. Granted I am only one day in with TM but HOLY Transformation I have not had ONE Spam text today! I’ll let you know if it keeps working. I love this mobile application, because it gives me peace in mind when it comes to spam calls, and scam text messages. I love this app too because as a individual who is blind individually impaired, it is 99% accessible and completely free and it protects my privacy. Thank you for all that you’ve done. I am noticing also as a voiceover user on iOS, that this app has a unlabeled tab that might need to be labeled. that being said, I would be happy to make screen recordings, and take screenshots, and I will email them directly to the email address that you gave. For years nothing I’ve tried has been able to get me off the political party text message spam lists. Nothing. This app solved my problem immediately after I added a few quick rules! And it’s free! TM Check does not block political texts nor can it select the messages for me to report it as spam. my spam has gotten worse and i’m sick of it. I’ve reported the spam to a company that’s supposed to be a legal defense against these things (or something!) and i haven’t seen any improvement. If I say stop to these messages it makes even MORE texts come in. I said stop once cuz TM wouldn’t block it and now pol texts are blowing up my phone morning noon and night. It really makes me wanna vote for literally NO ONE if they like badgering citizens so much. But TM Check? Does NOTHING for me anymore. Unwanted texts
I was getting TONS of political texts that flooded my inbox 24/7. Installed this app and created my own filter which landed them all in a junk folder. Extremely easy to jump in, select all and delete all. Love it and recommend it! Thanks!Chippersc
Not sure it works
I have not noticed any reduction in spam calls so not sure it is doing any good. I do find it annoying that it often gives me an alert so I open the app and don’t see anything. Looks like it just wants me to set up text protection and her a 2nd number — not interested in either. Then the alert goes away. Kind of annoying. Thinking about deleting the app since there doesn’t seem to be any reduction in spam calls.
Update: Just deleted the app. I am sitting in the waiting room at a hospital while my wife is in surgery. I received a call that was TM verified as Timothy Christopher. No idea who that is so I ignored it. Later looked at the missed calls and recognized the phone number as the hospital’s number. The surgeon had called to give me an update on my wife and TM said it was verified as Timothy Christoper. No such person. Mislabeled by TM.
