Stuck on processing
Absolute joke, wrote to you I don’t know how many times and nobody is helping, my voucher is stuck on processing! Can’t contact the school for help as there closed, this is a great help and I can’t even use it, extremely annoyed, and what’s the point of you having an option for HELP in you app if you can’t bloody HELP 🙄

The app is completely rubbish, several times, in fact every time I use it I can never access my vouchers or the login doesn’t work or it times out.
Useless
Not sure why it has to be so difficult to be honest. Every time I get a voucher it gets stuck in ‘processing’ - last time I had to ask the school to print it out for me, this time I can’t because school is closed! Nobody answers emails so I can’t get any help. Looks like I wont be getting my voucher!

Log In Failed
Really poor. Awful to be honest. Both email and phone log in failed as it doesn’t recognise the codes that were sent. It should be simple but they’ve found a way of making it difficult. Well done.
