The only app I found to not have in app purchases. The sound makes for an inspiring environment. New quotes that haven’t seen before. It also allows me to reflect on my day.

The push to other aps is distracting
I love this ap. It makes me smile and feel good about my day, and I enjoy the reminders to interact, right up until it throws up an ad for another app. And those ads are difficult to close. I usually wind up abandoning, what had been an enjoyable experience, to get away from the ads (that for some reason are difficult to close)
