The worse!

This app and the desktop always have issues. It’s a pain when you’re working in a busy salon. My boss has to call the company at least every week to get some issues fix all the time. I don’t understand how it can have so many problems. Just horrible! Like right now the app doesn’t work, so frustrating!!

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Zota is not helping me at all! Pay for them but need to do everything by myself! Marketing support is horrible ! They always tell me to wait to contact me back but they never do! I have two shop with different name and they not professional enough to post my pictures in two different shop! The Website of my nails shop is linked to the different FB not our one! NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT HELPFUL! SO DISAPPOINTED!

Can’t login on the ipad since the account was logged in on iPhone

My phone was sent to fix, and I wanted to log in on my iPad to check my appointments, it said I had to activate (?) again! Since my phone is being fixed and I cant do anything else even wanted to check on web page! :(
