Not sure about money games
Ok so I like this game but i’ve noticed a very strange pattern no matter what device of login no matter which way I go every single time that there’s cash involved my numbers don’t come up nearly as frequently or as simply as they do with the gems I find myself often “better luck next timed” alot more than seems possible considering when I just play for gems generally I do ok and a person can only tap a number so fast but when you sit around for ten or more numbers at a clip and you have none that just seems suspect to me. I may be wrong but I don’t think I am not that there’s much they could probably do about it but I just wanted to let people know in case you get that feeling too.Show lessKenzie 2007
Prize pool is a lie!
I spent so much money playing this game. It was fun at first playing with the free Gems, but I later I started adding real money, and wining! Well.. it wasn’t the real prize pool they have on each game, 1st place prize is half or less than that amount. Moreover, most of the time when I won one game, the next 5 games were all the way to 7th/8th place, so I ended up losing everything.
I soon realized that this was such an addictive game, and I’m completely deleting it.
Can you imagine how much money they are making with everyone adding their money, and loosing⁉️⁉️🫣😱 Be careful! Go spend your money in snacks or a movie night! This is NOT worth it! 📵📵📵Show lessBlueluna27
Can’t Play Cash Games In The State Of Iowa
I really love this Bingo game. Hands down it is a 5 star review if I could play Cash Games in my HOME state. Here is the kicker part of it to. I have won $9 so far that is available for me to spend in cash games that the game gave me, and I can’t use that bonus money in the state of Iowa which is my HOME state. BEWARE!! This game is rigged with bots. Their support team likes to deny it. But it’s true. I’m sure the review on here was written by one of their employees. I have played this game and have taken photos as well as recorded games. First of all, you never see or are able to verify that your opponents are playing the same board you are. Several games played and there was absolute no way an opponent could’ve covered the entire board even with the numbers called and bonus tiles you get. These are all gimmicks to get you to spend money and then they CHEAT you out of it. I’ve actually filed a report with the FTC and have turned over all the information and proof of unfair play with this app. I’m sure they’ll delete this review so that no one else sees it. This game was great at first
First it lets you win big or you think you win big but then you deposit more and more money just to loose every game after that. I even watched matches that I was in top places with only one person left to play (out of between 5-8 players )throw me into last place. That happened a lot the past couple months. I deposited more money than I won but again at the beginning I won a couple big games just to get to the point where I could not win anything.Show lessMpcpolo

I have played this game for awhile now and I have won a lot of the gem games either in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. I have also played cash games and have won a few games of that but I lose a lot more than I win because I rarely get the bingo balls that are on my card when I play for cash, even when the entry fee is just $1. I have even deposited some cash to see how that would go and that did not end well either. I will never deposit money for this game again and I will most likely probably delete the game here real soon due to lack of game play because of not being able to win more gems to play higher risk games, since there is only two gem games. Enjoy the game but they do rob you and play stupid
I love this game. Recently a glitch happen I lost out on $18 and another amount. Due to the fact I can’t remember the other amount I contacted support about the $18. They ask for leaderboard ID. I’m thinking it’s my gamer ID. Low and behold this is during the glitch so I have 2 different game names. They say it will be moved up to second level support. A couple days later I’m speaking to someone and I explain what happens. They tell me where the leaderboard ID is. I look up the leaderboard ID and low and behold all my games from between 2 & 10 days are missing.? Well I made deposits. I won first place for the week and last week I won second place. But the games are missing? Support says AGAIN they are sending to second level support. Now I’m being told they must know the leaderboard ID. Explained again and now waiting. I doubt I’m going to see my money I won. Now I have to find an honest bingo game. Just don’t be stupid like me and add money because they don’t want help when their game glitches. Play all you want. Just don’t give them your money. You will never see it again. Also their cash out is sketchy. You can’t add a way to take your money out. Just a warning. Don’t fall into the game and believe they are trusting with your money. It’s a money pit game.Show lessDboyer515

I only gave three stars for a rating because even though I love this game, i’m highly disappointed at the lack of puzzle pieces rewarded, especially on high entry thing games. I also very much dislike that at the end of a game when I tap on one of my boost buttons the game refuses to accept it, however if I accidentally click on bingoOr a number that hasn’t been called at the end of a game points are always deducted from my score total. I hope you all work on these problems in the very near future. I would really hate to spend my money elsewhere. If at any point I see an improvement I will revise my review.Show lessLil' Kim
Play more than I should
I have played this game more than I should. I waste far too mush time playing. I have really enjoyed playing until recently. I played a $1 game only to have the game glitch and freeze. My only option was to reload the app and of course when it opened back up I had lost my game. I assumed it would be an easy fix by contacting support. I knew I would be submitting to support for a refund so I screen recorded the game just sitting and spinning. Unfortunately support felt it was my internet and gave me 300 gems instead of my $1 back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
This app is TRASH. I seem to only get the puzzles pieces I need when I deposit money. I deposit money then I win money and I turn around and try to withdrawal it and it tells me I lose all my bonus cash (cash I’ve won playing) if I choose to withdraw what I’ve put into the game which was 5$. So I submitted to withdraw 5$ to put back into my account that I spent on the game and I not only lose the money I won but I also had to pay 1$ fee just to have my 5$ put back into my account and now it’s saying it’ll take 14 days just to get my 4$ back!!! Like ewww!!! I shouldn’t have to pay to get my money back especially if they are taking money I won playing… Waste of time unless you plan to play for fun.Show lessMjhlrcejdw
