Customer service is punctual and they solve your issues quickly. I had played 4 games that I paid for and my score never got submitted into the actual game. I contacted support and they were able to replace what I lost. However it happened again but with $10 and I’m still waiting to be compensated for that. I am giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 just because if there are no other players in a game and you are the first one, it makes you wait until more players join or else you miss out on your entry fee plus winnings. Bingo Bling stole my $$ .. why ???
I’m a BIG fan of Bingo Bling .. but right now I’m VERY VERY UPSET, hoping Bingo Bling will make it right again, so I can go back to enjoying the game; I play for fun, not really expecting to get rich, and I had collected about $10, (and some spare change) and was going to take a chance with a $3 bet for $25, with a total of 12 players .. I pushed on the game, but never got a chance to play it.. I was told to reconnect, make sure I had a Wi-Fi connection.. so I pushed the available button they gave me ! But when I got the screen back again, that particular game was not there anymore, and the $10 I had was down to $ 0.85 !!!! What the Heck !?? I’m not sure what happened there, but I feel like I was completely cheated out of my money.. I know it wasn’t a Huge amount, but it’s the principle!!! It will get a 1 star rating, but if Bingo Bling honors their glitch/mistake/ theft, the game will get 5 stars !

Bingo Bling investigated my case, and realized that a glitch HAD taken place while I was playing, and they gracefully took care of me by refunding my money .. I really appreciate that, and will give the game the 5 star rating. I do love this game!

Withdrawal process doesn’t work how it’s advertised when the girls sitting in the restaurant and needs extra money so she retrieved from here and it appears to be instant. So I wonder if she sat in that restaurant for up to two weeks or did she get that withdrawal right away it’s funny how u can deposit money and the game receives it instantly and you can play but when it’s time for withdrawal wow. I’ve been playing all sorts of Bingo games for real cash including the old ones and the problem with them is that you start playing and never cash out but here they have two advantages: First the tournament system is fair I always feel like I am scoring against other players of my skill level and then over time I win cash. Sometimes it’s $10-30 in an hour and sometimes more sometimes less but it’s fun and I usually play it at home, on my couch Second, the support is really fast to answer and they always give me cash to my credit card or cash app or pays pal when I ask. I have been playing Bingo Bling for 3 months now!! I REALLY LIVE this game! It’s fun and you have to use strategy not just plain luck to win!! However, EVERYTIME my bank gets close to $10 the game won’t load and I get a sign that says “OOPS! Something went wrong! Have a good internet connection”! I’ve always been connected! I had to uninstall the game 2x and reinstall it but when I do that I LOSE all of my money & gems!! This time i have like $7.80 in my bank AND I have solved about 4 of the puzzles and only have 3 more to completely finish! The prize is $100 and a lot of gems!! But of course the game won’t load!! I’ve sent queries to the game and I have received no response!! Idk is this a scam - play but you’ll NEVER get your money?? I’m frustrated because I play A LOT!! I’m recovering from Cancer complications and I play this most of the day! I see my account increasing then BOOM!! It won’t load!! This is SHAMEFUL- what they say will happen never does!! This game has been great until they decide to “temporarily” disable my account for a review that apparently takes 14 days. Every time you reach out to Support the answer provided is, “We’ve sent your inquiry to second level support” or “your account is under review…thanks for your patience.” However, when asking for further details regarding WHY the account is under review I can never get a response. Support also deleted two of my inquires that were sent to them. This is certainly not a way to run any kind of platform. I am highly dissatisfied and annoyed that I can’t just play a game without disruption. This is not the first time it’s been temporarily disabled, but it has never lasted this long.Show lessCleigh18

At first it all seemed okay, but after playing 5 of the gem to cash games, I noticed they were all pending. Okay, so I give it a little while for other players to finish playing or join the game. After about 45 mins I noticed that only one game had completed and two were still pending, but the other 2 were just gone. They completely disappeared from my game history, so I didn’t get a chance to win or lose those two, and I didn’t get my gems back either. I read the terms and conditions and it clearly states that they have the right to do this and there is nothing that can be done. Cannot collect
BEWARE DO NOT SPEND MONEY! I have tried to collect my $81 of winnings I have contacted support through the app they say there was a glitch in the system so I’m not getting my money! Yesterday I was playing and it took like $4 from me so I contacted support again… they say it’s because I played another game which I did then the game disappeared and I never saw it again. There are so many glitches in this game and they want to act like it’s your fault! I have also noticed that anytime anyone gives a bad review they say contact us we will fix it! Wrong they don’t, they just take your money!
