Does Not Work on IPhone 13
I tried to hook up to this printer on my IPhone 13 & it kept saying printer offline. So I tried on my IPad Pro & it hooked right up. This needs to be fixed as the app is made for the cell phone. Please fix & I will update my review.

Without the app for your phone the printer is useless.
Happening to make a direct hotspot connection to the printer every time you would like to print a photo is not convenient.

Doesn’t work.
Based on all reviews, this app doesn’t work for at least iOS 15. Says printer is “offline” when it’s not. Can’t do anything on the app because of that.
Does not work with iPhone
I have a brand new iPhone 13 and it will not connect on to the printer. The Wi-Fi shows it is connected however the software does not recognize it and says that the printer is off-line. It some times works with my Google pixel 3 but it is completely useless app.Also unlike other photo apps, this does not let you do collage or other edits.

Useless
Tried for 45 minutes to get this to work. Same issue. Printer Offline. Thankfully I can print directly from my phone. Is it unreasonable to expect the software of a new printer to work? The printer is awesome. I expect this software to be fixed ASAP.
App doesn’t connect
App doesn't want to connect when trying to setup through the Wi-Fi ? Is there an update or fix for this issue.
Make the App Work
I really want to keep this printer but the app will not work on mi IPhone and I have tried several times to remove and reinstall it! It’s ridiculous for the cost you can’t get a working app for all platforms!!!

I was able to get a code for the app in my spam folder, however the app kept telling me printer was offline. After spending way too much time, I figured out that I could print without the app, and don’t need it. This was very frustrating. So I am happy to say I can print, I have a iPhone 13. But the app was useless for me.
