    I messed up on a purchase asked for a refund and they cancelled my game I had a lot of money tied up in this game to be cancelled over a $2.00 dispute. Be very careful as their customer service is not very good they offered to start me back up if I repaid the $2.00 to which I agreed and then the run around began. So I’m leaving this game and taking the loss.
    Be careful and don’t spend money as you need to know exchange rates and all with them

  • Worst game I ever play

    Instead of fixing the bug they make sure to implement new one and never fixing the old. I invest you can invest 2000 usd on a ant for them to nerf it without warning, everyone hatch ants that they don’t need and if you try to contact them it’s a massive waste of time… avoid zero star was not an option or I would have give it….

  • Poor gaming experience

    So started playing the game. Few points… full of scammers. Very slow response from the support and not helpful. Scammers opening alliances and then offering scamming on Discord app. Scamming even in the game. It’s almost surprising that Apple allow this game to be in App Store. Otherwise it’s not a terrible game idea. It if you want to have any playing experience you need to spend lots of money…

    To the game developers and staff at Star Union Game,

    I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the recent events surrounding your game. It is disheartening to see how you handled a pricing error, placing the blame on the players and holding them accountable. Instead of rectifying the situation in a fair manner, you chose to undergo a deductive process, taking away everything that was rightfully purchased. To add insult to injury, you decided to give away free items to everyone, including those who had not procured the original package.

    What is even more concerning is your inability to provide a clear confirmation of the items that were given after taking our money. Furthermore, the fact that you refuse to offer refunds only adds to the frustration. This entire ordeal highlights a complete lack of accountability, integrity, and interest in justifying your actions.

    It is evident that the monetary loss we experienced is insignificant compared to the way you have chosen to protect yourselves. Your actions can only be described as pure fraud, incompetence, and a web of lies.

    Despite my unsuccessful attempts to communicate this issue to you and receive a response, I have decided to take action.

  • Scamming money on packs.

    I was into this game until i purchased a gift pack, to be informed the gift pack wasn’t actually meant to have those things in and actually I’m getting another gift pack which was substandard. They still took my money, admitted they had released the wrong gift pack but still changed it after the monetary exchange. I was tricked into purchasing something by these developers. Their response is that they didn’t make me purchase the pack, I did it of my own will. Yes I did purchase the pack with the original contents in. Not the one that it was then changed for. Disgusting customer service and they don’t care. They got their money out of me, profited and that’s that.

  • Ants Game Big Letdown

    This game started great. Support and terrible refund policies tank it. I had an IOS billing error due to a bad connection during a purchase in my first week. I requested a refund through Apple, not thinking anything about it - IOS - should be an Apple issue. A few days later I received a letter in game from support saying that they were going to lock my account in 3 days due to a “malicious” refund. I explained that I purchased a package that is only available once per day and the purchase errored out. I then completed the purchase on a better connection. I received no response. I continued to make purchases thinking that I would hear back if there were additional supporting documentation needed. Instead I woke up to my account being blocked for literally 20 years. After about 15 hours I finally got a response from support which is now telling me that they will only release my account if I repay the refund. They are losing a customer over a valid $5 refund because they didn’t want it reported to Apple. I’d rate lower than 1 star if I could because of the wasted 2 weeks and the friendships I made in that time that now are lost with them having no idea why.

    Update: developer - please read feedback for improvement ideas. Kind of the point.
