  • Mostly good, except….

    Set up for 2 driveway alarms was pretty flawless but the Push Notification Interval won’t budge off of 5 seconds. We have deer that set off one alarm and hanging the interval would reduce all those annoying alarms.

    It would also be helpful to turn down the base volume even more. It’s pretty loud at night and sets off the dog, very unwelcome!

    More information in the Help area of the app would be, well, helpful.

    Dear Suffolk45, Thank you for sharing your experience with our driveway alarms. The push notification interval for the Driveway Alarm is set to a default of 5 seconds. However, you can adjust this interval to a longer duration by going to the alarm's settings page in the app and clicking "Push Notification Interval." Additionally, the app offers the ability to adjust the base station's volume. You can do this by going to the Driveway Alarm's "Device Settings" page and selecting "Sound Settings" to modify the volume. We appreciate your feedback regarding the app's Help section.   • Works well, but one complaint

    This is for the mailbox sensor, which works very well.
    Good range and so far good battery life.
    The app and the indoor unit the chimes are also pretty good.

    One issue with the app I really find very annoying. Is that when you get a notification and you open the app, it opens to the last day.
    Why not open to the current day so you can quickly close and take the notification?
    Seems like an easy fix to me.

  • Firmware update DOES NOT

    Hi I’ve been trying to update to latest firmware and it does not complete update which makes my camera useless until the update can be completed very upset

  • Overall works very well!

    I’d like to see the ability to rearrange My Devices to make it easier to organize items in the Devices view. Entries appear in the order they were added instead of being grouped by device type.
  • Great product and works for multiple uses use in our deep freezers

    I love the temperature sensors for I have them in my freezers and fridge I bought them for our deep freezers to make sure they never get left open. The developers are great and addressed an issue I brought to their attention within a few days. Only one person can log into the account at a time though that’s the only other problem I have with it would love for both of us to stay logged in so that when one isn’t home the other can tell what’s going on if the alarm sounds

  • Not good for deep freezer

    I love the temperature sensors for I have them in my freezers and fridge I bought them for our deep freezers to make sure they never get left open but they only go to -4 and they constantly alert me and false notify me due to being colder than the sensor will read I wish this produced worked colder than -4 so I could keep notifications on. Or if I was able to turn off the low temp alert and only have a set temperature to where if it got to warm it would notify me

  • I’m confuse

    After I configured all three smoke detectors, I disconnected the batteries of all of them until the moment when I will install them in the rooms, although all 3 are turned off, in the app it shows me that all 3 are online and with a full battery, how is this possible ?

    Dear Adrian Thank you for informing us of your concern! However, please be assured that delays in status updates are normal. Networked devices can be connected to your smartphone via WiFi for you to check their status. More specifically, the detector needs to transmit a signal to your phone over the network in order to update its status. However, constant signaling can quickly drain the battery. And due to unstable network factors, this may result in the device requiring frequent status updates. Due to such considerations, status updates may be somewhat delayed. You can check if the device is currently updated to offline status. If you have any questions, you can get more detailed help via our support email! Have a nice day!   • Smoke detector

    My smoke detectors have been going off randomly without any smoke. Even with new batteries it’s still happening randomly. Any help would be great

    Dear customer: Thanks for choosing our products, we are sorry to hear that, we would like to offer you related troubleshot. It may be that bugs or dust have entered the alarm and caused false alarms. Please try to blow it from the side with a hair dryer to see if it works normally. Or kindly offer us a video about the faulty alarm. If the product is really concerning faulty quality, pls send us your address and invoice, we would love to offer you a new one.     Can't login, I've tried at least 20 times and it tells me there is already an account with my email address and to login with this address and when I try it tells me to do it again and it's just a vicious circle. it's not that I don't understand how to connect to the Internet,I do, I have at least 10 items that I've connected, no problem. I've tried calling the help number, after numerous attempts, they just tell me to keep trying.

  • Good setup but only 1 device can be logged in

    Initial setup of system is very slick and painless, giving an excellent first impression.
    There is one issue, however: after installing the app on 3 devices, it seems logging in on one logs you out of the others. Please add support for multiple simultaneous logins.

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. You can only log in to one device at a time, and you can use the sharing function in the app. First, the user being shared needs to register an account on our APP. There is a share button on the right side of the devices that can be shared. After clicking it, you will jump to the sharing interface. Enter the email address of the user you want to share (this email address is the app account of the shared user), and check the device you want to share. After the sharing is completed, the shared user will log in to the APP and receive a sharing invitation. Just click to confirm. If the shared user is logged in at this time, he must log out and log in again to receive the sharing invitation. Have a wonderful day. Best regards
