    After an initial problem getting the base station to link to my wi fi it has worked well. Adding additional devices goes smoothly.
  • Wants to sell you services

    I’m using the thermometer feature and purchased a set of 3 for a very reasonable price. Set up is a little tricky and it’s best to read directions and not just wing-it. Hanging feature (loop of string) is stylish if not reliable. Device rarely loses its connection, but when it does there is no clear reason why. Fortunately it has automagically reconnected after a short holiday every time but once. The reading is precise (to the 100th) with two adjacent monitors returning similar values. Alarm feature seems to work well. Frequent marketing of 24/7 protection is irritating, but not invasive. But that seems to be the reason for the constantly reappearing notice on the app.

  • One device only

    The app only allows us to be logged in one device. Trying to install in an ipad for example it will log you from the iphone displaying a security message. Trying to log back into the iphone kicks me out of the ipad. We live in a world that people have multiple devices. This is a faulty design.

    Edit: the developer confirmed this but did not provide a reason. The share feature is not an option. It seemed to be a good range of products but that limitation is a deal breaker for me.

    Dear Customer, Each account can only log in to one device. You can use the sharing function in the app. The shared user can view and receive alarm information, but cannot operate the alarm. First, the user being shared needs to register an account on our APP. There is a share button on the right side of the devices that can be shared. After clicking it, you will jump to the sharing interface. Enter the email address of the user you want to share (this email address is the app account of the shared user), and check the device you want to share. After the sharing is completed, the shared user will log in to the APP and receive a sharing invitation. Just click to confirm. If the shared user is logged in at this time, he must log out and log in again to receive the sharing invitation. Have a nice day. Best regards

    I have the driveway alarm and it’s working great the app is great except one thing I wish there was a way to set different tones on the phone notifications like some of my cameras have to I can know what notifications come up on my phone

  • Irrelevant notifications from app

    I just have the water sensors but am now getting a notification about purchasing fire protection plan. Feel like it’s important to pay attention to any notifications from app in case there’s something important, disappointed that irrelevant notifications are going to show up. Took a little bit to figure out how to turn it off too. Otherwise so far so good except for this.

  • Great app with 1 request

    The smoke/CO2 detector allows for notifications to be turned off for “offline notifications.” The leak detectors do not allow for the same option. I wish they did. We turn off WiFi each night so I get a notification every day saying the leak detectors are back online. I don’t need to know that each day. But all in all, a great app and products are great.

  • Useless

    App will display all alarms as having low battery and offline therefore rendering any of the app functions inoperable as Carnt communicate with device have tried 5 alarms and 3 CO detectors all the same

    Dear Customer, We are very sorry for bringing you an unpleasant shopping experience. Generally, there are three possibilities for a device to go offline: 1. The distance between the detector and the router is too far or there is a wall blocking the signal, causing network instability and causing the device to drop offline. Please place the device close to the router to test. 2. Too many devices have been added to the router. You can check the maximum number of compatible devices in the router settings. The closer it is to the critical value, the easier it is to be squeezed out. 3. It may be caused by firewall interception. Please check whether TCP8883 and UDP53 ports are opened in the firewall.   • Does not follow iOS commands

    First of all - the good. A lot of customizable options for my motion driveway sensor. Works relatively good.
    The Bad… it does not follow the iOS command structure as if you put do not disturb and both sound settings to off, you will still get a loud ring every time you get a trigger from the motion sensor. This is bad. It should follow the Iiphone sound volume setting or be controlled by that. The only way to change the volume setting is through the app. I found out the hard way and was disturbed at a meeting and couldn’t figure how to turn off

    App is very clean and has well designed user interface. Adding my new smoke detector was flawless, and has all the expected features and options for notifications. Very happy with my purchase and ease of setup.
