The app is user friendly and I love how rewards can be earned and given to the school of my choice! What a great way to give back to the world of education.

Great app for everyone!!
This app is great for both store associates and customers. I enjoy the coupons that come on the app, and appreciate the fact that they change weekly. I work at Staples and am really happy that they’ve started doing this!

Doesn’t work
When I try to donate classroom rewards it doesn’t do anything and it freezes the app

Hard to find teacher in classroom rewards
I had to give it to the school because it’s not easy to give to a teacher. Otherwise the app is great.

Keeps Logging Out
I want to love this app. There are tons of great features for a loyal shopper, but the app logs me out as soon as I log on. It says “session timed out.” I tried to delete and re-add it, be on and off wi-fi, and even change the password. Sadly, I can’t fix it.

Rewards number ridiculousness
Why can’t I add my rewards number to the app in app? The app itself is great but just to add my rewards number I have to go out of app and fill out a contact us form. Such a roundabout method is archaic for a modern retail rewards system and distracts users from how good the actual app is.

Not connected
I work at the Tualatin Staples 0459 and I logged in with my email and my rewards is not connected I want my iPhone storage back from this app

School search isn’t working
I can’t even enroll in rewards because the school search isn’t working.

Updated 3/8- Staples still has not fixed the school search issue. It has worked once but I cannot use it to donate my rewards.
