Worst Update so far

Since I started using apps I am less inclined to write a negative review, this update should be considered an outdated version as this doesn’t show either a current data balance or current airtime balance and payments with cards are rarely accepted. It should be a no star review

Crash

The app crashes on credit share and the balance on your account doesn’t show but keeps revolving.

Failed digital bundle

Honestly I am very upset with this so called mtn app. This is the fourth time I will be subscribing to digital bundle data of (500naira) my payment will be successful even on the app and my data will not be credited I called customer care and also chat online I was told to wait for 24hoirs nothing changed I summon courage to do another data bundle of 500naira digital bundle same thing happened.

If you can’t find solution to this just stop the offer of digital bundle this is annoying up to 2000naira now no reversal and data have not been credited.

Update is wack

Your new app update is just like degrading and worse,cant even switch to the other number (hynet sim ) i added on my mtn app and check offers available for me,all this options
are available on the old app ,but after this update,it got worse,this update is trash,now to subscribe i have to remove my hynet sim from the router and insert it in a phone to check offers available,worse of it;no unlimited data,hynet unlimited is not unlimited,it is wack,i am switching to airtel 5G with unlimited,go fix your network ,app and ur unlimited plan

UNABLE TO SHARE DATA DUE TO NIN ISSUE

From one update to another, comes with one issue or the other! I’m trying to share data from my linked number to my main number and it says my main number doesn’t have my NIN added yet (something i added months ago and it’s already verified on the MTN app)
This happens when i try to select the number I’m trying to share data from. When will this app ever be stable and work seamlessly??

This is the worst app I have seen so far …I wish I could rate this sgit zero star

Ur app is useless always fluctuating..sometimes I can’t see my data balance sometimes it goes from 1gb to zero and wont connect to the internet and then comes back sometime I will buy data from this stupid app and I won’t get it until I report the transaction severely to my bank for refund ..I did the Tuesday off and I didn’t get data I paid for till I laid several complains before I get Just 2.5gb after I paid for the offer which is 5gb..I’m deleting this app cus it useless just consuming data and space on my phone

The app is buggy after the latest update

The latest update logged me out. Now I can’t log back in. I’ve requested the OTP over and again and keep getting a “global rate limit” error. It gives one error after the other and doesn’t log you in. Fix it!

Update without updating!

It is getting increasingly frustrating with Nigerian iOS apps. How can you refresh an app and provide updates yet fail to work?
Why include an option to sign in via Google and Apple when these channels do not work? It is absolutely pointless. Does this app cater for Nigerians in the diaspora or just for those domiciled in Nigeria?
One can’t receive OTP via SMS to validate sign-ins, and the MTN website has no login option. How does one manage their account without signing in? MTN Customer Service has been the most unhelpful. They make no attempt to resolve complaints and refer you to the FAQs! SMH!!!
With the advent of eSIMs, I think it’s about time to dump MTN for good. If you guys can’t get the basics right, what hope is there for the essential services?

Horrible. Data bought does not reflect in balance

I bought a 2k data bundle and it never came. i tried to reach out to their customer service both on the app and on whatsapp with no answer.
Just deleted the app, waste of money.
