Needs work.
Why have an app if it’s it use able. Won’t do anything anymore. Let’s hope it gets up and running again soon as this would be a great app now children will be on school holidays.
Not fit for purpose
Slow and never loads. Even when signed it doesn’t link up and take you to the web page.
Won’t let me update or renew
Completely pointless app. Won’t let me update or renew via the app. Website is not joined up and really difficult to navigate. Tried to pay on laptop and doesn’t transfer to app. Useless and very poor customer experience.
