We went here the first time today & it is absolutely amazing. It’s one of the places we might have to work our way down each thing on the menu.
Amazing! But…
I absolutely love wow wow lemonade! There is a very close one to me and is very convenient. Unfortunately you cannot add a gift card balance to your account, which is inconvenient. Also you can’t add the points from a receipt unto my account. I made my account after my first purchase and couldn't figure out how to add it to my account later to find out you can’t. This is unfortunate because you shouldn’t be penalized points because you haven’t made your account quite soon enough. But overall an amazing store and app.

This app has major flaws
Hmmm… tell me how I’m supposed to order using this app when it has me type in my card information and then pops up with FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME can’t be blank…. There’s absolutely no area to type in your name. I’ve had the worst day and this set me over the edge. I don’t understand how an app designer has one job and can’t even process card information. Ok then.

Time zones, really??
I really love eating here; unfortunately no one has prioritized fixing the location near me. They can’t use online ordering at all because it only allows orders to be picked up next day. One of the store clerks told me it had something to do with handling time zones correctly. If that’s the case, then… come on, really??? Time isn’t a hard concept for programming…?!
Please fix this so it works again, you’re costing me time every visit to the store, as I can’t order in advance.
