the developer seems to constantly be updating the app too, so it will only be on the up and up from here.

Great way to wake up, absolutely recommend it;m

Gathering the willpower to start my practice every morning can be difficult, but this app makes it pretty easy to keep track.
Request for developers: it would be nice to have a similar music piece that changes tone on a thirty second basis, so we can keep track of our progress with our eyes closed.

Hey, thanks for the great review, I too have pondered over an evolving music track for the same reason. It’s beyond my talents just now but will keep it in mind. The next update has an option for custom mp3 tracks to be played. So you could add your own.

This could be caused by having larger text enabled in the Accessibility Settings on your phone. The large text was pushing the continue button of the screen. I have now fixed this in version 1.1.6.

Good app, simple

Simple app but delivers what it needs to. Good User interface, not laggy from my experience.

This app is perfect!

This app is perfect! It’s super simple, easy to use, and does exactly what it says it does. I like that during a session it shows a little dot on the hold time wheel showing you your best time. I also like that it records your results so you can progress yourself. It’s also cool that you can customize how many breaths and it lets you do as many rounds as you want. Definitely the happiest I’ve ever been with an app!
