Worst app experience ever
I’ve given this app at least a month, probably two months now. No. I do not recommend the product or the app designed to work with the lamp - doesn’t work. I’m tech savvy, my family has a set of lamps & they’re tech savvy too. We live in the city with high up/down speeds and we have to reset minimum daily to reconnect and send lights. No. The worst spend of over $400. The app will send the colors if your lamp is offline (offline often), but the receiving lamps need to be online to show the color which is barely ever the case. No. Don’t do it. I wish I’d trusted the negative reviews I read before making this purchase; I thought they were just complainers. No, waste of $ and time doing daily resets. My niece & nephew are 3 & 6 and this was to stay connected with them. We’re not receiving each other’s messages or lights (got the infinity lamps with voice).Show lesskh auntie

My daughter can connect with her stepsister and they send each other messages. They made a list and they understand the love connection.laylah and Rosie
Would NOT recommend
I have been having such a difficult time starting a new group. I tried connecting to my wifi but the lamp is still red and the app is rather useless and tells me cannot connect to wifi/internet. I emailed the support team but wasn’t really helpful since they didn’t understand my issue with the lamp. Gave up for a couple weeks and recently tried again and still no resolution. Officially done with this thing. Not worth the investment for sure. Smh.Show lessItscris11

My daughter got this for us. I’m a tech literate person and found it extremely frustrating to set up. My son-in-law also had trouble. I finally got it to work before we left her house (we were on her wifi there). Got home and of course need to connect to our wifi. There are NO instructions on how to do this. No where on your profile to change wifi. So it sits on the counter useless until someone gets back to me. So frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It needs to be much easier. Especially if you expect older adults to be able to use it.Show lessZimsWhims

Worked for maybe two days. If that to be honest. Tried everything and nothing has worked. Junk and a total waste of money. Love the idea but hate that it didn’t work, not even kind of. Just a total flop. Don’t bother unless you enjoy being let down and disappointed. These were Christmas gifts that simply didn’t deliver. So disappointing to say the least.Show lessMichelleSTX
The app doesn’t work
I received this lamp as a gift and I was so excited. I downloaded the app and spent 30 minutes trying to set it up. The app tells you “if you see these screens” with a small picture, press ignore or cancel. So they know their app doesn’t work and are telling you the work around but they can’t fix the bug?
Also, none of the features in the app work. I tried changing the color and it appears I did but the lamp stayed the old color.Show lesswhskabxtsh
Need help!
Need help… lamps worked great for the first two weeks. As of today, the APP is not communicating. I did a lamp reset and reinstalled the App. The lamp goes through the motion and waits for the admin approval. The admin is not receiving the request. App is not allowing the communication as of today. I’ve emailed support, but no response.Show lessDJMike2
Very cute, but…
I love this concept. I’m not a phone talker and don’t always get to catch up with my sisters. We each have one. A suggestion, I wish it did a push notification that let you know when someone tapped their light bc I’m on the go a lot. I feel like I miss a lot of light ups.DanyelleNA
