  • Not so sure

    I was so very excited when my grandchildren have this to me for Christmas this year. 2022! It took us a week to set up. I get an email promising to be able to do more with the app if i do an update. Well, nothing happened New. Would be nice if we could get new notifications on our phone. We are not always at home to see what has been sent. For the price of this unit we could have just sent a text. I love you. Instead of a computer i don’t get to see. When 6 colors have been used you are done. It does not let the group customize New comes. So disappointed in a process that could be exciting and new.

  • All connected in difficult times!

    For Christmas 2021 my daughter purchased lamps for me (mom) and her sister and herself because it was our very first Christmas apart… what an incredible gift! I fell in Luv!

    However, in 2022, my mother who is an enormous fixture in our lives became horribly sick. With the distance and the girls wanting to expand our LuvLink group we added their Oma… my mom. When doing this we were introduced to the app with her new lamp! The app as well as a little help from the tech support at LuvLink helped us to get connected! We love being able to change color on app and even see active lamps in our group!! The app is a game changer from 2021!! We all are in Luv!!

  • Just missing one thing

    This app should notify you when someone taps the lamp for when you’re not home or away from the lamp so you’re not missing notifications! Beyond that - I love this lamp so much! It’s perfect! ❤️
  • Garbage setup

    Literally had to reset the product 8 times because it kept spinning when trying to find networks. And then all of a sudden on the 8th try my list of Wi-Fi network just magically appeared without me doing anything different. Haven’t even used the product and already over it after spending 2 hours setting it up

  • Most amazing product ever!!!

    I really love that I can feel loved even with the person I love being across the country!!! Better than FaceTiming!
  • App freezes during sign up

    It’s a little frustrating to own a product where the app is the only way to setup. It responds when I try to “sign in” or “forget password”, but trying to Sign up is a dead end. The app screen goes blank and processes nothing. I have had the product for a week and have tried and tried consistently to sign up with the app since.
    I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone. Nothing.
    Hopefully it’s just a bug that can be fixed. The website offers me no help (that I’ve seen so far) to troubleshoot this issue.

  • College

    My middle daughter is away in college. As a family, we have had some experiences over the last couple years. With her being away, she feels, well felt, a little disconnected. The lamps plus the app take connection to whole other level. I love it!

    This is a great way to stay connected with others who use the Luvlink friendshiplamps. I highly recommend downloading the app & becoming part of a great community!
  • Best customer service ever!!!

    I bought 2 friendship lamps for myself and my bestie and we love our lamps. When I moved apts my lamp wouldn’t connect to the new WiFi. I emailed customer support and they replied quickly. We went to go back and forth a few times over a couple of days but Jessa was very patient, kind and help me resolve the issue with no problem. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had over email. I will definitely be buying more lamps in the future!

  • Best Way to stay in Touch

    I have purchased 3 lamps so far and will be purchasing two more this holiday season. My mother and I send colors every night. The best way to stay in touch with family and friends! The new lamps just released are so cute!!! Highly recommend adding these to your holiday gift guide this year! Very user friendly!
