Connection to Our LORD
I am loving Amen because it keeps me connected to Our LORD and it helps me as a proud Catholic to be mindful of my duties, responsibilities and faithfulness to Him. I would like to know though how I can find Prayers that I am searching for to help me to find a Prayer such as the Angelus that I need now. May the Love of GOD which surpasses all understanding, the Grace of Our LORD Jesus Christ and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you. Stunning FREE catholic app that accompanies me daily with my prayers and meditation. Has some good traditional religious music to listen to plus daily mass readings, devotionals, novenas and such. Also a bible in a year series (I haven’t followed it so I can’t comment) and beautiful art. If I could give one criticism is that I would add more music and a section to learn from saints (saints of the day) and important figures of the church ie Popes. Great insights into daily Scripture readings
Tim Gray has given me a much greater insight Scripture through his commentary on the daily reading. He shines a beautiful light on many of the passages of which I only had a very rudimentary understanding.

I am grateful
Thank you so much for providing the Amen app. It is beautiful in so many ways. I started using It on Ash Wednesday as a way to keep myself more disciplined in prayer. Because I am a caregiver of my elderly mother, I still avoid large groups since the pandemic started, which has affected my prayer and spiritual life. I used to be in a rosary group and a Bible study group. I have felt more isolated praying these last 3 years. Overall I have felt more anxious and lonely trying not to get sick and potentially getting my 93 year old mother sick. God has felt more distant to me. I believe strongly in Christ’s words he gave us on the road to Emmaus, where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am. Using the Amen app allows me to have that again, rather than praying in isolation. With God sense of time is not linear, so when I listen to an Amen meditation, I am praying along with the person who recorded It. I am particularly pleased how calming the voice is on the meditations. I feel a sense of peace and joy listening to the various meditations. If I am tired when listening, I have even become so relaxed I have fallen asleep. What a beautiful way to fall asleep, listening to God’s words! I gave up social media for Lent and added the Amen app. I already feel less anxious after 5 days. The Holy Spirit is with the creators of this application. May God bless and keep them all. A beautiful start to every day
I was a bit skeptical to get the app because not all religious based apps fit everyone’s spiritual needs, however, this one turned out to be perfect for me. I start my day with it before my brain gets a chance to kick into high speed. It truly calms my body and soul. Initially I thought the scripture readings were too “wordy” for me and my mind started to wander. But at the conclusion, the moderator brings you into the meaning of the word and how it applies to your everyday life. My day now starts with “an inspiration” and I have been successful in keeping those thoughts going throughout my day to stay focused and grounded in purpose.Show lessbit@oceanside

I LOVE this app! It is a game changer for my daily prayer activities. EVERYTHING you can imagine wanting to increase your prayer life IS HERE IN ONE SINGLE APP! My daily go-to’s are the daily reflections, the daily readings, the rosary, divine mercy, and the one minute inspirations by Chris Stefanik. When I have difficulty sleeping I also enjoy the meditations and bed time stories. There are novenas and special seasonal programs that are incredible! It has beautiful music and stories for kids of all ages too! The Brother Francis songs are wonderful! I especially love “The Rosary” song for kids…And best yet, it’s FREE!
