Love this App-wonderful from the start!
Right out of the gate this app knocked me off my feet and got my attention in a way that felt truly remarkable. The scriptures in the daily reflection spoke to me, and felt more personalized and well done than any other spiritual app I’ve ever used.
I agree with another reviewer, this is the only notification I would like to receive. It gets me in a better frame of mind to open my heart, consider what He is asking of me today, and is always a reminder to be grateful for the many blessings in life.
We have 2 small children (3 and 15 months), are in the middle of a move to a new city and starting a new chapter right now, so it is a joyfully chaotic time where it is helpful to remember to reflect and reset. I have been exploring the app further the last few days and am excited to discover new ways to pray and meditate in such a well-designed and thoughtful app. Thank you for what you are doing for so many!Show lessTtodd93

This app has a variety of resources that helps with one’s spiritual growth.
I listen to the daily mass readings and reflection as I drop the kids off to school; say my rosary as I drive to work, pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3pm and listen to goodnight meditations as I go to bed. On not so busy days, I listen to bible in a year or meditations to lift my spirits.

Great app; I’d highly recommend it!
I use this app daily and I highly recommend it. Starting from Morning Offering in the morning to other prayers throughout the day, plus Daily Reading and Reflection, this app offers so much! I also like that the developers keep improving it and adding content. I’d love to see a tab for Chaplets and Novenas. Instead of going away (like the recent Surrender Novena), it would be great to preserve them under a tab, like the different types of Rosaries ( meditative, scriptural, etc.) are under the Rosaries tab. The chaplets under a Chaplets tab and Novenas under Novenas tab. This way they can always be found throughout the year, not just before their corresponding feast. A wonderful way to connect to our Lord
I’ve used this app for many months now, o er 11k listening experiences and I am very happy*. Having anxiety and trouble sleeping, waking several times a night and my mind racing, I now listen to the bedtime stories and have once again found peace. When I do awaken in the night and my thoughts start the race again, I simply start the chosen app’s story again, redirecting the racing thoughts, and drift back into sleep. Thank you Augustine Institute!
*I’d love to see an option for the prayers, novena, etc., to have closed caption or a transcript to read along with. This would allow more interaction and a deeper prayer experience than just listening. That feature would definitely garner a full 5 star rating from this listener.

Great app!
This is a great app to get and actually helps me a lot. Plus, there is different topics like, Bible in a year, 1 minute videos, evening psalms, and much more! I really suggest getting this app and the meditations are very calming! This is one of my favorite apps that I love! Again, I really suggest getting it! I made this review a while ago and there are a few things I would like to add. I have had anxiety and the meditations that are pointed toward anxiety help very very much. Plus sometimes when I can’t sleep I play some of the sleep stories and I almost always fall asleep every time! Amen is an app definitely worth getting and I suggest it very much.Show lessNiki 🐷
Reaching up
I came here in a time of loss and sorrow seeking a new beginning to help the deep pain in my heart. I found answers that were written in the life of my father. I at first could only listen then the words began to wrap around me with gentle help to breathe life into a painful heart. Minutes became hours and the peaceful healing of my father’s life came to raise me up to his life, death and resurrection. In continuing prayers for all of the impossible things that cause any a problem we can now give it up to him and put all in his hands. My heart grows lighter with his love filling up my heart and pushing all troubles away bringing peace with in my heart and mind. Now I spend my time in prayer and his words finding the peace of my father once more. Excellent App
I have been using this app for two weeks. In comparing Amen to the other two apps I have on my phone I can say this one is my favorite. It is very user friendly, with beautiful images and pleasant music. I use the daily meditation function. I can listen to the readings, pause the program for meditation, and then return to the program when ready. During the pause the program plays relaxing music which keeps my mind focused on the meditation. The app also has many other resources.
